    I would like for one of these guys to reach out to me from Fit Gent and explain why these moves are not listed in order in the video it’s very annoying and it messes with my workout routine. It’s a good video it would be better if it would be listed in order

      Hi ondrikmi,
      Thanks for the view. You are actually the second person to notice the guy running backwards. In the videos when the exercises are being demoed, if the lighting/camera stabilizer/form isn't up to par, we'll edit the demo to get the highest quality shot. Sometime we have to reverse the clip to do so.

    Great short punchy video but why the horrid song...why not talk over the top with some critical do’s and don’t...8/10
