Sir Ji, sharing my experience. I completely stopped mastrubation for 7 months , i noticed a increase in levels of energy , i am more focused and feels very active. Compared to previously i was mastrubating ( once a week ) , always i used to feel weak , lethargic, low in energy , totally unfocused from works. I can also give an answer about this topic, If a guy above 35 and having sex / doing sex is must once a week. But if you are doing too much ejaculate your juice then ofc you will feel less energetic for your Gym. Too much means everyday ejaculate. After ejaculate at least it needs to give a rest of 12 hours to produce healthy sperm. But its also other hand OK if you had sex more than 5 times in a day and the whole week No sex at all. From ejaculation you can feel less energetic, but that I believe somehow related to your mental ability and not actively doing exercise. Muscle loss can't happen even if you do several time sex in a day. A tip : if you can please eat : "A handful of pecan nuts" that will help you to recover pretty fast.

I can also give an answer about this topic, If a guy above 35 and having sex / doing sex is must once a week. But if you are doing too much ejaculate your juice then ofc you will feel less energetic for your Gym.
Too much means everyday ejaculate. After ejaculate at least it needs to give a rest of 12 hours to produce healthy sperm. But its also other hand OK if you had sex more than 5 times in a day and the whole week No sex at all.
From ejaculation you can feel less energetic, but that I believe somehow related to your mental ability and not actively doing exercise. Muscle loss can't happen even if you do several time sex in a day.
