    2022 mai gym Kiya karta tha, then progress achhi karne ke liye mene creatine use karna shuru Kiya, uske kuch waqt bad, jese hi mai kuch khaya karta toh khane ke bad pet dard hua karta tha, vo time tha or Aaj Tak muje yehi hi pareshani hai, city scan bhi karaya liver ki medicine bhi karai thoda Aram milta hai but kuch week bad phir same condition, even Maine dairy products ko bhi avoid kardiya hai!!
