Also the entire series basically focuses on the whole Roger Grimes affair that Alexis had, and why she was 'banished'. So why did Roger end up telling Alexis she meant nothing, when we were led to believe that it was an actual love affair? That really threw me off lol
OMG! I remember the night that this originally aired. My jaw dropped with that reveal. What a fantastic way to end that story line!
What an original and spooky way to bring this storyline to a conclusion.
I agree.
No, its literally exactly like Hitchcock's Marni.
At least they revealed Roger Grimes’ killer before the Dynasty ended.
Emma idolized JOan Collins off screen. Probably why thier mother/daughter scenes works so well
this is such a dramatic scene integrating past and present scenes interwinding together with the music perfectly
Season 9 was the best after the first 4 seasons. Even the musical score was better
No body would fall the way roger fell even if they fell backwards.
Depending on how someone is standing, and how their weight is distributed, the force of a gunshot can cause the body to spin.
This was one of Emma's best scenes...I liked both Fallons but it is hard to replace the original
She did at last start to act, the storyline a mix of Joan Crawford's Mildred Pierce and Agatha Christie's Sleeping Murder.
The original fallon is irreplaçable ❤❤
How could alexis forget that it was fallon who killes grimes ?

This was a great scene. Fallon remembering finally that she killed Roger Grimes, saving her mother Alexis's life
So...THAT explains Fallon's behavior all these years, eh? Good stuff
Not "years" It started when she saw his body for the first time!
Great flashback!

Oh My Gosh Thanks for uploading these
This is the same plot twist as Hitchcock's "Marnie."
Except Tippi Hedren did not wear an enormous doily when she remembered it.
That explains why everyone covered it up
Roger Grimes would’ve killed Alexis if Fallon hadn’t pulled the trigger. Self-defense.
Look at her. She's all upset.
I always thought it would've been better if they would use Alexis' atelier from Season 2 for this.
Yes, too bad they didn't still have it. I was wondering what sort of cottage they were in.
Production moved from one studio to another between seasons two and three. The mansion set was moved but reconfigured (most notably the staircase) but the studio set was never seen again.
Alexis conveniently had surpassed memory.

I was so confused on this whole storyline. Fallon having dreams of Roger in a steamy way, Roger breaking up with Alexis lol make it make sense😂
How could I have forgotten that? it was in the script...
The actor playing Roger Grimes also played Tommy McKay on Dallas.
Thanks. I was just trying to place the actor!
A perfect casting in the role of Roger Grimes. J Eddie Peck was also great as Tommy McKay in Dallas
Cole on Young and Restless.
He was Carmine on The Sopranos.
Det är var en väldigt bra scen tycker jag 😉😉😎😎😁😁👊👊👍👍
That dress on Fallon is totally wrong. PSM Fallon would never have worn it.
It's what happens when a show's budget is gone, and they can no longer wear luxury clothing.
The dress and hairstyle (a ponytail) were meant to simulate how a little girl would dress up, in order to go hand-in-hand with the flashbacks.

Lifted straight from Hitchcock's "Marnie" climatic scene. Funny how both Fallon AND Alexis had suppressed memories regarding Roger Grimes' death!

what on earth are you talking about
This would've been circa 1960 or so. No men looked like Roger (long hair, for starters) at that point.
You’re joking aren’t you? The 60’s were full of hippies
@summersunt not in 1960. Style wise this flashback is ridiculous.
