Love this game. So many different champs. So many items. Play any champ anywhere and turn them all into tanks :D (not in ranked ofc, thats different)
My favorite, is tank support Evelynn. She looks really cool with Bami's Cinder. And theres so many kinds of fun games you can play with people to mess with them. Where's Eve? Why is she so damn tanky? Oh, and Warmogs are pretty important for the build.

well you have to be really skilled and talented to make a successful game

Not really sure what exactly cost so much money, having ONE map since the start. Can't cost much at all except server cost
Marketing, expanding your product, building a team of people that were willing to put in their all (Which would have been hard as free to play games weren't popular and were looked at as pointless back then), Most games back then were single player buy-in-store things, pushing your agenda so people know you're in good hands if you dedicate your time to their game, buying rights to their technology because steam at the time wasn't good for what they wanted to achieve, Building a publishing business (with no experience), there are way more than just these. LOTS of money goes into this shit.
