There’s so many more questions and things I wanna hear from him and gain some insight into how League became what it has flourished into today. Wished this episode could have like 5 more follow ups

    Riot is SO smart to have League 2 NEVER coming. Having a "2" means you don't think you are permanent and you think that evolving is killing off your old self, not improving throughout time. Truly smart to not ever have League "2" and keeping it just League of Legends. I'll play League until I die.

    Thanks for the content, very humbled to hear from one of the founders of one of my favorite games. That being said I really didn't like his comment about gun control or at least wish he had expanded a little bit on it. Because he in quite the bubble if he believes 99% of Americans agree with gun control but it's not getting passed because of corrupt politicians. Of course he could be talking about a less radical approach than the traditional absolute gun control and confiscation stance projected by media.

    This "podcast" still needs some major work. The conversation never flows well and it all feels very artificial. Nadeshot wants to get to his talking points and never feels like he is interested in what the guest is actually saying. His demeanor comes off as a bit too serious and is never really on the same wavelength as the guest. I really like Nadeshot in other settings but he just doesn't work as a host on this show. Jackson does a good job though and seems like he reaches out and tries to connect more than Nade.

    • @Ureakuh
      @Ureakuh 4 роки тому +4

      I personally think you're wrong. Nade is a great host, you're just looking at it too deeply. They want their podcast to be their own thing, why does a podcast have to be a certain way to be good? He's doing a fine job on what he's doing, and i respect the grind. He isn't a perfect human being and neither are you, quit hating and enjoy it or don't watch. The podcast doesn't have to be a certain way to whatever the top podcasts are like. He's still successful at what he does but I guess everyone is entitled to an opinion.

    • @HauntIn60
      @HauntIn60 4 роки тому +2

      @@Ureakuh Yeah that's great if you really enjoy the podcast, and you're entitled to your own opinion. I listen to a lot of podcasts and this is nowhere near the worst, but nowhere near the best either. I understand how difficult it is to host a conversation with such intelligent and accomplished guests.
      All I'm saying is that often times Nade seems in over his head with the conversation and struggles to add anything memorable or interesting. Matt is definitely a funny guy and has good comedic timing in other videos and series, but that just doesn't usually reflect here. Kind of feels like he's trying to be something he's not.
