    Let's just all take a minute to appreciate this quality content Travis brought us, rather than turning the comment section into a complaint bin for salty adc mains and hashinshin followers

    • @Naracid

      Quality content indeed but this is a free comment section and Ghostcrawler is indeed a very bad game designer so of course people are going to talk about the person interviewed, it's not even about salty adc mains or hashinshin followers, its about years of decline and fuckups

      "Very bad game designer in my opinion" people of this generation always seem to forget the my opinion part.

      You mean somebody who's decisions are known to have destroyed WoW and now becomes the lead designer of league after season 4 which coincides with league's long downfall, a lead designer who even admitted not playing this game, the guy responsible for dynamic queue and I can go on, you can be an easily impressionable person who enjoyed the interview but I look at the facts and yes he is terrible.

    I remember it like it was yesterday. The first time I ever emotionally connected with a member of the company of a game that I play. There was a statement released for the state of class balance in World of Warcraft pvp. Safe to say that the amount of poop slung on that forum made me feel bad for Greg the ghost crab. The amount of pressure to balance such a small part of the game, garnered such a strong emotional response from the community. Glad he's finally on a much better balanced game, and can finally relax. Time for a casual Zoe game to remind myself of how it has all fallen into place.

    Hello Travis, I really adore your work, but there is one thing that keeps stopping me from fully diving into your content. Im a disabled person, I wear an hearing aids and those devices are not helping me understand better the speech from TV/monitor. So when it comes down to foregin language (cuz im not native english speaking), it is even double harder to follow your vlogs and videos.
    Currently there is around 460 million of deaf people, you can imagine how big part of that number may be also League of Legends players, lovers, or just the people that want to watch quality content and they dont have that accessibility. Subtitles are necessary for peoples like us. But CC wont be benefit only deaf ppl, there are also other, hearing person, that are not fluent with english and understanding the english speech may be difficult for them. Closed captions is also a way for them to fully enjoy the content.
    Thats all what I wanted tosay and I hope, Travis could see it. Peace

    • @inaayachen7592
      @inaayachen7592 6 років тому +3

      Jakub Kula auto generated captions work perfectly fine for me as a deaf person, though I am a native speaker I suppose

    • @jakubstanisawczyk4507
      @jakubstanisawczyk4507 6 років тому +2

      Ur Mom generated cc are fine, but not perfect. While they are enough for interviews and others, when it come down to such high quality content, I would like have full understanding of the subjects.

    I love this section about talking about game companies talking to their player base. Its one of the biggest reasons that I love League of Legends so much. Riot actually listens to its player base and will openly admit when they screw things up. It always amazes me how people complain about Riot like they would old school Blizzard or old school Bungie. Riot in my opinion has been the most open company I've ever played a game for and it shows.

    It seems that this series will be very good, this first episode was really interesting, right now I'm kinda uncertain about what I'm gonna do with my life, I've been studying chemical engineering for almost two years but I can't stop feeling doubt, uncertainty, unmotivation. Looking back I never thought too deply about what I would like to be doing and I just went for chemical engineering with auto-pilot on. My point is that hearing that Ghostcrawler passed through something similar gives me some hope that I will be able to figure out what I'm going to do, maybe I end up working on Riot LAN or something lol

    Such good cinematography on the b-roll!!!
    Idk if Brodin reads the comments, but having split lighting over Rembrandt seems kind of a strange stylistic choice. I think Rembrandt would've helped this interview look a lot better. The lack of a low luminance fill light makes them look a bit ominous.
