  • Easy dambun kaza recipe.
    Ingredients:
    1 whole chicken
    1 large onion
    1 Tbspn garlic paste
    1 Tbspn ginger
    1 Tbspn habanero
    5 maggi seasoning
    1 tspn thyme powder and
    1/2 tbspn salt
    Cook on low heat.

    This is a most try. Can we use any cloth to drain the oil? Do you know how long we can keep this after making it?

      Elsutra’s Kitchen yes you can use any cloth and you can save it for as long as you can

    Thanks so much. Is it possible to make it without seasoning like maggi? After boiling down the chicken and shredding, can it be dry roasted in the oven to avoid the frying?

    It's damn oily. Just little oil required so u wouldn't need 2 sieve.

    Shouldn't the bones be removed BEFORE you squeeze the oil out? Makes more sense.
