    I am amazed at how she is not annoyed with that bones 🦴 Nigerians sometimes allow tradition to stifle their growth (i.e. 抱殘守缺) 🤦🏽 It is almost as if one is betraying their African-ness by modifying antiquated techniques 🙄 Our ancestors and parents lived in different stages of trade and technology w/ different access to certain ingredients. We don’t have to swear by bones. I promise you that after the meat is ready to be shredded the bones won’t add anymore flavour.
