- Restaurant Re-naa in Stavanger has one Michelin-star, but is much closer to two ⭐️⭐️ Chef Sven Erik Renaa has created his own signature within the New Nordic cuisine. The high level of cooking is second only to Maaemo in Norway, in my opinion. In addition to the starred restaurant Re-naa, he, together with his wife, also run a casual bistro called Renaa Matbaren, as well as a sourdough bakery and pizzeria called Renaa Xpress.

Very nice story, I really like how you achieve to present the unique atmosphere of each restaurant you visit. The chef going out of the kitchen to explain his cuisine seems very common in Scandinavia. Hopefully it will also become more common in France (so far it's mostly 2 or 3 Michelin stars chef who do that, and not all the time)
