    I made this with coconut flour and sour cream. It was delicious. Will try it with almond and coconut flour combination. Thank you for sharing.

    It’s winter here in Australia, so not blueberry season and the ones in the supermarkets are so expensive.

      Yes you can but just try and drain the excess liquid so the cake will not be too soggy

      Yes you can but try to drain the excess liquid so that the cake won't be too soggy

    Can I replace whipping cream with pumpkin puree and nut milk? I am allergic to Dairy.

      Sorry, I am not familiar with the use of pumpkin puree, but you can make it dairy free by using any keto friendly milk. Just reduce the milk by 15% from the amount of whipping cream and increase the fat (i.e., butter or oil) by 70%.

    Can we substitute the whipping cream with half and half? Whipping cream here has gotten very expensive in the past couple of months due to our high inflation.

    Excellent recipe. Works great. A bit too sweet for my family’s taste. I reduced the sugar replacement by half. You might want to add the baking powder to the description. It’s missing. Thank you again.

    8g Baking powder was not found on the ingredient list in Description and google doc.

    Your site will not allow printing both the ingredients and instructions at the same time.

      I just checked and it is working. When you click print at the website it will print out the ingredients, directions and nutrition info simultaneously. Of course, you need to use computers connected to printers. If using mobile phones, you just need to screenshot the contents

    You annotated the first bit of coconut flour for drying the blueberries, it should read 1 tsp, not tbsp

      Just slightly. You can add more vanilla extract to mask it or add some lemon juice (minus the amount of liquid accordingly).
