I have the following power: right eye -8 sph ,-3 cylindrical , 180 axis
left eye -8 spherical, -3 cylindrical, 170 axis
which brand do you recommend for a lens with 1.74 index and also would those lenses match the quality of vision & durability of crizal ?

Sir please help me I have confused
Crizal provencia and crizal saphhire
3 to 4 hour laptop work and 2 to 3 hour driving bike .
And also I have a problem light reflection.when any car and bike passes me its light blurs my eyes. So please suggest me best lenses provencia or sapphire

If you have sensitive eyes then think before you buy them. Visit any of the Essilor Expert store and check the lenses physically.
See the visibility by holding on to your eyes. You will feel the difference.

1) What is the difference between 'Clear' and 'Blue UV Protection' ?
2) I have used Sapphire coating long back but few days back I enquired about sapphire coating at optician but they didn't have it in their price list. But i do want to buy sapphire lenses from where I can buy ?

Yes sure.
Clear is non BCT (Blue UV capture)
BCT is an additional coating on the lenses for blue uv protection with an additional cost.
Crizal Sapphire is available only in ESSILOR EXPERT STORE.
