This doesn't meet the expectations if you've already seen other performances from them such as Wonderful Confession, You In My Fading Memory, Love Story of a Girl; yes I agree with that. But this performance of theirs remains as one of my favorites. Why? BECAUSE THIS IS THEIR FIRST TIME OF SINGING ON IMMORTAL SONGS' STAGE. YES YOU READ IT CORRECTLY; THIS IS THEIR FIRST PERFORMANCE! Yet there they are performing like professionals that it would be really hard to believe that they are rookies in this show. Keep in mind that Immortal Songs is no joke; you basically have the best voices and living legends singing on that stage. But MAMAMOO; despite it being their first stage and not many people recognizing them, performed really, really, reaaaaally good! The arrangements to the lines distribution just proves that they are the real deal. And their vocals are just on point. Even for byullie 💕
True! This performance remains one of my favorites because this was one of the first MAMAMOO videos I've watched that turned me into a MooMoo. They're already good here but they've kept improving as we can see in their other IS2 performances after this.

Their CEO is actually a songwriter and producer who created hit songs like Some (Soyu and Jungigo) and a couple for Baek Ji Young. That's how Mamamoo were able to collaborate with talented artists. He surely knows what's real talent.
I remember seeing this performance at the beginning of last year and feeling frustrated that mamamoo wasn't getting recognition even with their vocal abilities. Now in the present I feel so proud that they are getting more popular & popular by the minute!

When Wheein started to sing at the beginning, I have chills down my spine when I first watched the video, her voice is soulful. And then Solar's soft and subtle voice followed by Whasa powerful adlib. And with Moonbyul rap, plus the dance and great arrangement. Their amazing harmony and winning against two other singers, I stan this group now. I wanna see they make great comebacks and be recognized with as well as to appear in Immortal Songs regularly if possible. #MAMAMOO fighting! whats amazing is that their charisma is so permeating that they don't seem like rookies. all of them are well-rounded performers and incredible singers like there is no specific set of vocals that carry the group like in most other groups out there these days. i have so many mamamoo feels right now.
To be honest, this and backwoods/hometown are by far my favorites by mamamoo in immortal songs (if not ever), I don't understand how they didn't take it all. It is 2017 and I'm seeing this performance (I have seen the other IS2 performances) for the first time and the goose bump effect of this song is off the charts. Whoever created this group of supremely talented ladies should be congratulated and do whatever it takes to make sure that they don't disband in the future. As I have said before, these ladies are too big for K-Pop and you can see that by this and the other IS2 performances. They can do it all, musicals, soundtracks for movies, etc. With the right production team, they can even do their own concert tours worldwide because they do have a very large fan base. We are seeing a iconic group (yes,already) here that is still getting better.
This was one of the first few videos I watched that got me into Mamamoo. I got blown away by their vocals and stage presence. 2 years later, they keep showing improvement every stage they do.

I know, just lives for it! Her stage presence is for the Gods. They way she (& wheein,solar and moonbyul, but mostly Hwasa) draws you in the performance by interacting with the audience! Golds all around

It is 2017 and I'm seeing this performance (I have seen the other IS2 performances) for the first time and the goose bump effect of this song is off the charts. Whoever created this group of supremely talented ladies should be congratulated and do whatever it takes to make sure that they don't disband in the future. As I have said before, these ladies are too big for K-Pop and you can see that by this and the other IS2 performances. They can do it all, musicals, soundtracks for movies, etc. With the right production team, they can even do their own concert tours worldwide because they do have a very large fan base. We are seeing a iconic group (yes,already) here that is still getting better.
