Their data policy needs to justify a reason for capturing personal data outside of their premises and how they intend to process it. They probably have it in place for crime prevention. Given they have a robust fence, security system and security personnel, the likelihood of a member of public walking outside the fence and not attempting entry means they have no requirement to retain or process ABs image beyond his presence in they area. So if AB later does a SAR and they still have his image, they could be in breach. As an individual or acting in a journalistic, artistic or public interest capacity, AB is not held to such strict data processing mandates. TLDR; as an organisation, they don't have the same rights and freedoms as AB or a member of the public. Edit: FOIA corrected to SAR
The prices in the gift shop are ridiculous. I went there a few years ago . And I am going back soon , with Caledonian coach holidays £129 including B&B & entry fee from Middlesbrough and they wanted £40 for a jumper with Harry Potter on it. I got the exact same one online for £22🏴
My tickets were 75 for adults. The gift shop was astonishing. 10 quid for a single biro pen with Harry Potter on. 50 quid for a wooly scarf. 100 for a bath robe etc really really expensive
