The MOJ rotates these contracts and most prisoner transport are now done by GEO-AMEY and SODEX. These 2 companies have had multiple escapes in the last 4 years far more than G4S in over 20 years.
It’s because these clown have no respect for the public or their information, they like the cops think they can do no wrong and don’t have to live by the same laws that they expect us to live by.

Could it be that your lack of knowledge of the regional differences in language usage is unbelievable. If you travel around the UK, you will hear a plethora of regional accents and word usage in use while still being in the English language. Words like 'innit' may be particular to that region. It is not a lack in education but the adoption of the vocabulary of the region.
It would not be too bad if they learned how to "Sign" correctly... I use sign language everyday , and I did not understand a single flap of their hands 🤣🤣🤣

That's why AB's kids sound British, but AB still has his Asgardian accent. His accent does adapt too, but much less so than it would do if he were a lot younger. The same effect can be observed in migrant families all over the world. Kids go to school, learn the language and quickly sound like their classmates. The parents go to work, learn the language but keep their old accent.

Years ago if you were to lose your job you had to sign on at the local dole office. There the person who saw to you would give you a few place names that were looking for staff. And there would only be 1 security guy. These days with sanctions and the way some people are treated most job centres need a crew of security guys. The office space lease was to expire 2023, didn't mention Job Centre lease period. As part of the Watford Junction Masterplan, the area is to be redeveloped. Article in 2020 states the owners have planning approval to convert the offices to 126 flats and 158 flats in a new building. Brochure shows a proposed floor plan mostly studio and 1 bedroom apartments.

Exchange House has a detailed 19 page sales brochure of the building and Watford area ~2019; building constructed 1960s. The office space lease was to expire 2023, didn't mention Job Centre lease period. As part of the Watford Junction Masterplan, the area is to be redeveloped. Article in 2020 states the owners have planning approval to convert the offices to 126 flats and 158 flats in a new building. Brochure shows a proposed floor plan mostly studio and 1 bedroom apartments.
