This gives me 80's movies vibe. Like a scene where the high schooler having fun in the mall or something. Then the slower part the bully enters the high schoolers pay him back from all the bullying takes off running and continues to have fun once the music picks up.

I recently watched an interview with Henrick and he said that he and Aron were childhood friends since primary school and attended the same music school so they would practice together at least five days a week. They met Jonah at school as well and formed Dirty Loops, as I'm sure you and all die-hard Dirty Loops fans already know. I love that Aron and Henrick are so in tune with each other's playing as a result of several years of studying and practicing together. My late husband was a professional drummer from the age of fourteen until the age of sixty-eight and he was never happier playing music than when he played with a good bass player that he could really groove with. Jonah studied classical theory so no wonder he is such a great pianist/keyboard player. Man, classical theory must be a bear and I should imagine you'd have to be pretty danged intelligent to get through that! That still doesn't explain Jonah's incredible vocal ability though! Love watching your reaction videos Charlie.

Yes, Henrik and Aron are the tightest team ever, having studied, and probably worked (as session musicians) together for quite some time. As you were saying, it would be the ultimate joy for any drummer or percussionist to play with a good bassist-.
In another recent interview on YTube, Henrik mentions that they also had the same teacher for a while. His lessons sometimes would extend from a 1-hour lesson to 4 or 5-hour lessons…imagine that.

And Jonah: although he doesn’t sing on this track, but he seems to have been put on this earth to sing, I find.
Both his parents were involved in choirs, and he was taken along to rehearsals and whatnot from the earliest age. So in a way you could say he started singing from age 1 ☺️
His musical training also comprises jazz, both on piano and in music theory, and I don’t know about you, but for me as a classically trained musician jazz is even more daunting…
Henrik also is an insane jazz musician -but then he can play anything. As can Aron 🔥
