This is one of the songs they recorded in their side project “Songs for lovers”. It is a jam session type of recording as they were killing some time in the studio waiting for all the mixing and layering to be done for some of their other “real” production songs. Aron (the drummer) came up with the idea and set up a rule for if it should be a public video or not. The rule was that if an idea for a song did not fly within 24 hours (recording and everything) they should just drop it and go on with another idea instead. This song is one of the songs that did fly within 24 hours and it is also the only one where Jonah (piano) is participating. As Jonah sings as well, I think he was working on all the layered vocal recordings in the other songs where only Aron and Henrik are playing. You should check out some other songs of theirs like: Next to you (considered as one of the best songs made since the eighties) World on fire (amazing solo played by Henrik on bass) Work shit out (amazing solos by Jonah and Aron) Follow the light (a collaboration with Cory Wong and his Wong notes) Note that ALL singing in all their recordings are made by Jonah even if Aron appears to be singing in the “Next to you” video. The Turbo-project, which “Follow the light” is part of, is a result of what bored professional musicians came up with during the pandemic lock down when they were not able to tour. The whole project was made up using Skype and Snapchat at first (composing arrangement etc.) and later Dirty Loops recorded their parts in Stockholm and Cory and his Wong notes recorded their parts in Minneapolis USA. They also made four music videos for that project by setting up two seemingly identic stages on each continent and recorded them separately and edited them together, so it appears they are playing together on the same stage (Aron is by the way the one who is making all Dirty Loop’s videos). There are of course many more songs by Dirty Loops so have fun reacting to those as well. As Dirty Loops have never made any bad songs, you can just pic any one you find on UA-cam without problem.
Great comment, but one little comment: Only Jonah singing in Rock you? I now someone said something about them singing on it, and replied "unfortunately", but still, bad humor is also humor, and maybe that goes for singing as well (and unmusical me thinks they sing quite nicely).

Hey Dominika and Andrei, very much enjoyed your reaction to this piece by Dirty Loops, one of my favourite bands ☺️ This tune seems to be just a bitty little interlude as you were saying, and also has this games-vibe, I totally agree :) By the way, Jonah on keyboard (yeah he often pulls funny faces ;) is also a truly amazing vocalist and sings on most of their tracks, as well as being a superb keys/piano player. Henrik on bass -one of the baddest young bass players currently out there 🔥 and Aron on drums always on fire 🔥 They all studied music, often mix jazz, funk, gospel, RnB, rock, pop and classical influences in a spectacular way, and became big with covers of pop tunes such as Lady Gaga, J. Bieber etc.-tunes, covers which exploded the internet :) I would absolutely love for you to listen to and react to their track “Work Shit Out” and think that you both really would appreciate their insane level of musicianship -especially those mad drum solos by Aron… Enjoy! ☺️👍
