Carium eating up the skate industry one skater at a time
looks like they eat up washed skaters that haven't won contests or put out a really good video part in years. You got Trevor Colden, Luan and Bastian Salabanzi. Who else, Mike V? Skategoat and Tyler Peterson, aka Berrics industry plants? I guess they have Garrett Ginner and Cody Cepeda to capture the mid 2010s washed skate UA-camr following. Kelvin Hoefler, Gustavo Ribeiro and Jagger Eaton are the only great or interesting skaters they have to save them. Kelvin or Gustavo can be a threat to actually win contests (Luan is NOT) and so is Jagger, especially in park skating. Otherwise, mid company and team.
Skaters don't need to be in their prime for me to enjoy their skateboarding content :)

We should not be sad bc his style is getting worse, we must be happy bc we have seen him skating in his prime 😔
It just hasn't aged very well. He's never been a very creative skater either. Just had high pop and skated fast in an era where that was fresh and exciting. No one cares about watching 300 fps Luan kickflips slomo anymore. And he's not even a threat to win contests nowadays which was his big draw in the early 2010s.
