Cariuma is a conscious sneaker brand with people and the planet at the heart of our mission. We are a B-Corp certified company that takes pride in delivering classic, elevated styles that are consciously crafted for comfort, durability, performance, and sustainability.
Surfing and skateboarding are an integral part of our identity, and our skate and surf teams are a collective of pro and amateur athletes carefully chosen for their commitment to creating a better world.
With over 2.5 million trees* planted in the Brazilian rainforest, Cariuma plants two trees for every pair sold and our reforestation program is at the heart of everything we do.

We are thrilled to announce that Motic Panugalinog is officially joining Cariuma Skateboarding!
Motic has been a part of Cariuma’s family for years as he’s developed his skills and style - putting countless hours on his board at his local DIY C-Spot.
Representing Cebu City, Philippines and bringing forth a pure nature to the craft of skateboarding, Motic & Cariuma both share a common purpose - to circulate good within our communities and across the planet.

I’ve been skating decks that my good friend pressed in his garage for a while, Luan’s board reminds me of them. Comically flat. I really like the way they feel but when I look at my board sometimes, especially when someone else rides it, it doesn’t look like an actual skateboard.
