    It's important to do these regularly or else only once or two times won't work. Do regularly everyday if possible, or at least for two to three weeks so your digestive system slowly comes back to working normal

    I have backpain , but I'm suffering with constipation so pls suggest yogasanas as per need to do without effecting my lower back

    In the very first pose, my teacher says that the knees need to be together, otherwise there are chances of hernia.

    I’m curious. Why don’t you hold the poses for the complete amount of time? It’s frustrating to stop the video and hold the poses. It would have been more productive to just go thru the video and hold the poses during that time ☹️

    Constipated people are mostly old.These yoga exercises are not suited for them.
