When gel cures in a UV light, there can be a slight warmth, because the gel is curing. If you have sensitive nails, we recommend you keep them in front of the light (so the gel is exposed to the light allowing it to set) first for about 20 seconds, then put them all the way inside. This will help.
You are AWESOME!! I have never seen anyone teach so much and it makes sense. I would like to ask a couple of questions...Where can I find out your trainning classes, place and price. Also a lot of my clients want differnt color tips each time they come in. I have been hand painting the color but would love to use gel and acrylc color but dont want to have to file everything off each time. Help...Thank you very much
An oldie but goodie Greg!!! But I noticed u didn't do the base first. Just curious does it matter if u base it first? I notice most demos y'all do the base first but not in this old one
I love the videos, but I would like to recommend to make a single video instead of three, coz if I want to check one specific thing, I have to figure out which of the three parts has it and takes a lot of time and interest off... thanks!!
How can I get theese gels? I live in norway. Thank you for providing us amazing videos with products that is almoust to good to be true! :-) So, how can I get them?
Do you bite them?? That happened to me for a while because of that, and the way I treated it was bying a varnish that has keratine and it really helped, now I have normal nails =)
Hello there. The base gel is absolutely necessary? Do you recommend 3 in 1 gels?(base, construction and finish) ? I don`t have right now a base gel, and I used just clear gel, pink gel and white.. and i took my nails off after 3-4 days very easy.. Where i did wrong? I used primer... i shouldn`t touch the cuticles?Cheers from Romania !

So your instructions on your sample size gel kit says to do it differently. So now I'm confused to do it the way you're doing it in the video, or the way your instructions on the package says....
I absolutely love the "YoungNails" crew, I do.I wish that I can come to the convention in July 2015 but I will not be able to make it, when will you be teacher more classes? I'm from Houston so I am willing to travel I just can not as of now make the July class.
hi, if i just want to do gel extensions with french tips what gels would i use? my nail beds are very small, would i need the flex after i use the sculpture gel?
my question is about lamps. I want to begin doing my nails at home and from what I read it seems as though LED is the best for gel. Would I need a separate UV lamp if I intend to also work with acrylics?
ahhh old school young nails!! i remember these, which was what made me want to do nails lol

It sounds like it wasn't cured all the way through.

It doesn't matter if you use the base first or if you use it after sculpting the free edge. You just want to make sure you use it.
they are a bit further down... theyre there.
Thought synthetic had to be used for Gel's, but I rather use natural always. Thanks for the info OMP63

Look over to the side bar (navigation pane) and you will find the other conclusions.
Does it cure in LED light?
What do you think of Orly gelfx builder in a bottle? Do you think it will replace acrylic? I’m thinking of trying it on myself!
Not our product so not something we would speak on.
Why do you sculpt the free edge before applying base?

Hello guys, do you place border gel on all fingers and cure them or do you cure each finger separately? Thanks!
Oh, can only nail tech with a license buy your products online?
Greg that doesn't look like a syntactic brush. What do you use?

Me gustaría que hicieran una uña tres tono transparente rosa y crema en gel y polvo acrílico para ver la diferencia entre los dos

Hello, is it the brush for acrylic nails?
why is it that my nails burn when i put into the uv light
Do you guys offer classes in how to do this in NYC?
whats the difference between your sculpture gel and clear gel? whats clear gel for?
Where is pt 2&3?

Adriana Frost You don't need a lamp when working with acrylics. Gels need a lamp to cure while acrylics harden on their own.
Does synergy peach is self levelling please
concealer peach does not self level
Is there an updated version of this video on YoungNails channel?
Yes tons! Just type in gel nails to the search bar
It is fun watching the old versions though. YoungNails have come a long way!
