@@viggo100 the same way as any other progression. Time and switching between intensity and volume approaches. The beauty of switching to dumbbells for major pressing imo is that you really hit your overall arm workout at the same time a bit more. Also all the shoulder stability muscles improve over time so I find not only do your arms get a bit more shape to them, you can go deeper with chest utilising all fibres, you improve the overall thickness through your shoulder region and triceps over time, whilst still working your chest at it’s full potential. A bit less leg-drive though and less core pressing. DB OHP are great as well. I think dumbbells really help shape arms the correct way, as there is more pronation and supination through the pressing range.

That is a lot of work. Switch out your barbell pressing to dumbbell pressing and your arms will blow up.
