Almost got a baby snowflake last night at the LFS Travis, but I'm sure you've seen what came home with me instead! green wolf eel, he is actually a type of doty back blenny. Pretty docile and chill, and a little ticklish. And he gets along with our ghost ribbon eel.

All of the shrimp at the local markets have a ton of sodium even though its raw shrimp. Do you feed them the raw with the high sodium? Also I can can't find squid or octopus at any if the major chains. Seems like whole food is quite pricey on most things. Any tips?

Lessened learned there... Eels are like puffers in that you end up having to have a system just for them. Happy reefing.

I have been contemplating adding a eel to my system but I have mostly small fish. This makes me lean towards just enjoying seeing them in your videos! On a side note, how are the frags tanks coming along? I am itching to make a decent coral order and would love to support your channel and the reef tank for veterans.

Hope he chills out for you. Would be a shame to move him. Would reintroduction work? Did it for tropical fish when I kept them. Move to another tank for a while if being too dominate then reintroduce to original tank and sometimes curbed dominance / aggression issues. Though would be hell of a task to try and it end up failing. So much easier for a fish.
