Watching you and your daughter brought back so many memories. My daughter Dana shot her first buck (8pt whitetail) in Michigan. I videoed her hunt. She was 14 yrs old. Watching you and Pailey sitting next to the deer was almost a dead ringer to my experience with Dana. I was very emotional watching the closing moments of your hunt. We never know how special those memories are when they occur. Tragically Dana was called home to heaven as a result of a traffic accident while on her way to work as a PICU nurse. She was 26 years young. I share this with all you fathers who teach your kids how to hunt. Cherish each moment and memory. Life is a vapor. We do not not what tomorrow will bring. By far the best hunting film that is circulating right now, in my opinion. This film shows what hunting is all about. Ryan is the definition of a loving father, mentor, and husband. Taking the time to explain every aspect of what is taking place, not only to Pailey, but also to Hillary was awesome to see. What a pure and magical moment that many of us have been waiting to see. I know that I have since I saw Lampers post on IG close to a month ago. I love hunting deer, turkey, squirrels with my Dad and brothers so I can relate in the joy in the many stories that my Dad tells. I look forward to doing the same if I am so blessed with a little one that is interested in the outdoors. Thanks for sharing that story as well as for Jasper. Really enjoy seeing these kinds of hunting videos.... 1,000% better than what is on the commercial box programs that are so canned. These kinds of hunts with our kids is what it is all about. The time with them, the sharing and learning that goes on, and then afterwards - the next gen carries the light we hope. Having Mom along too after all this time is part of the golden moments.

I can only imagine how cold Pailey must have been in those conditions. To lay there for a hour and a half waiting for the shot and then make a perfect shot, wow! Congrats Pailey you crushed it! So great to see the whole family together in that moment.

Phoneskope hooked up my nephew, Todd with Skoped vision. He is very autistic with some other health issues, but lives for hunting like Jasper. Todd has been able to harvest a 350” bull elk, a nice pronghorn buck, a great black bear boar, and several awesome mule deer bucks. When Todd killed his bear I completely lost it emotionally. Love that kid and I love to see such special souls live their dreams! Keep it up, Jasper!
I think my hearts getting softer in my older age. My eyes got a little watery, brought back the special moments of my daughters first whitetail. Taylor shot it on the ground @ 15yds. Perfect shot and it tipped over after only going 30yds just like pailey’s. I am watching it tonight with her. As for the end of this video the tears came out. I will definitely be donating, Any disease like that, thatthat a kid has being a father really hit home. I will also keep jasper in my prayers. Family and I were anticipating this film to drop! As we were watching my kids kept asking me “how many more years until I can go hunting?” I can’t say how awesome capturing this moment and sharing it with everyone was. Such a cool story and moment. It gave my 7 year old the idea to go for a hike and look for deer the day after we got some snow! Yet another great Gritty film!

Out of all the hunting content I watch Gritty is the only channel that gets bookmarked in my head. Spent today rolling around under a truck trying to pull a clutch out. Grabbed some tacos on the way home and found the new video waiting for me. Tacos and Gritty on Sunday. Pailey just gained some knowledge and experience both about herself and life in general that will likely shape the rest of her life even if she never hunts again.(pretty sure that's not going to happen though) What a great hunt and what a tough young lady.

I love films like this with a young person getting their first buck. Brings tears to my eyes (my kids say I'm a softy anyway) but takes me back to when both my kids harvested their first deer. Ahhhhhh yes! The Lampers Lioness is born! I can't even begin to say how amazing this footage was! That buck was an old warrior and for the sake of the herd it was his time. He played his part well and Pailey you were able to experience the highs and lows of hunting all in this hunt. You've been trained/mentored well by your dad! I watched this video last night, and to be honest it was the finest outdoor/hunting video I’ve ever seen! It was as real as it gets, mom talking to load, freezing waiting for the buck to stand. The tears on Pailey’s cheek after the shot, the the awe struck dad and mom of Pailey’s first buck! Congrats, to capture all those moments was just Classic. This Is why I watch you guys! Great hunt. I know many adults who wouldn't have made it 10 min waiting for that buck in that cold. Then tack on what it's like to do it while the sun goes down, not an easy feat, and only one a hunter would understand. Congrats Pailey!! I have enjoyed so many years hunting with my daughters and now have a Granddaughter that can't wait to go hunting with Papa!! I cried with her! She did an awesome job, this is such a a beautiful video! I harvested my first big game animal (as an adult), a NM Oryx, this passed November and I know EXACTLY how she feels! Out of all the hunting content I watch Gritty is the only channel that gets bookmarked in my head. Spent today rolling around under a truck trying to pull a clutch out. Grabbed some tacos on the way home and found the new video waiting for me. Tacos and Gritty on Sunday.
Pailey just gained some knowledge and experience both about herself and life in general that will likely shape the rest of her life even if she never hunts again.(pretty sure that's not going to happen though) What a great hunt and what a tough young lady.

I love films like this with a young person getting their first buck. Brings tears to my eyes (my kids say I'm a softy anyway) but takes me back to when both my kids harvested their first deer. Nothing but proud bursting out of this dads seams. Great job you guys and a heart felt congrats to you Pailey on your first buck, I hope for many more to follow.

Ahhhhhh yes! The Lampers Lioness is born! I can't even begin to say how amazing this footage was! That buck was an old warrior and for the sake of the herd it was his time. He played his part well and Pailey you were able to experience the highs and lows of hunting all in this hunt. You've been trained/mentored well by your dad! Then to finish it off with an ethical harvest... Any father would be proud! Great job by all involved in this experience! 👊

I have enjoyed all of your video, but this has to be by far my favorite. The raw emotions that Pailey showed is what it is all about. Watching her sit and admire her buck with her mom and dad as a family was the topper to the video. That was some amazing persistence your daughter showed. Not many grown men would have waiting as long in the freezing cold to make that perfect shot. This was some incredible footage. Taking your children hunting and watching them harvest their animal is by far the most rewarding experience I have had as a father and a hunter. I truly enjoyed this episode! Man those are the best moments as a parent. The fun is when you think back on that first kill, as the parent you will remember so many details about it. Loved watching this one. I watched this video last night, and to be honest it was the finest outdoor/hunting video I’ve ever seen! It was as real as it gets, mom talking to load, freezing waiting for the buck to stand. The tears on Pailey’s cheek after the shot, the the awe struck dad and mom of Pailey’s first buck! Congrats, to capture all those moments was just Classic. This Is why I watch you guys! Never stop doing what you do!

Rushed home from a weekend on the hard water excited to unwind with this episode. Bravo and Congrats Pailey on such a cool buck. Laying there for that long is no easy feat for any grown man in those conditions, and then to make a perfect shot. This speaks volumes the guidance she has received from the people in her life. This hunt brings back so many memories from my first hunt, to many others first hunts I have had the pleasure of being apart of. Watching Ryan teach is daughter a way of life that seems so lost to so many and the importance of the journey was truly an inspiration. Great hunt. I know many adults who wouldn't have made it 10 min waiting for that buck in that cold. Then tack on what it's like to do it while the sun goes down, not an easy feat, and only one a hunter would understand. Congrats Pailey!!

This is what it's all about, getting out with family and friends, and sharing experiences especially with the Father/Daughter combo! I have enjoyed so many years hunting with my daughters and now have a Granddaughter that can't wait to go hunting with Papa!! I cried with her! She did an awesome job, this is such a a beautiful video! I harvested my first big game animal (as an adult), a NM Oryx, this passed November and I know EXACTLY how she feels! She probably handled it better than me, haha. It's such an emotional, overwhelming, exciting rollercoaster! You don't know how else to express it besides to cry. Congrats to the fam! 🤩
