Hi Alessia, have you considered short pipes ? I have a feeling that long ones are not so popular, however somehow I prefer them rather. But I still cannot decide for my black matt Stone... In the meantime we have Agostini on the market, but they are way more expensive.

Hi Artur, the short pipes are very cool especially mounted on the black stone, but I preferred the long ones to keep the same look as the originals. I like Agostini too but they weren't euro 5 omologated yet when I bought Mistral.

Hi, I think riding a moto guzzi v7 is more fun and beautiful than a maxi scooter. It is ideal as a first bike because it is easy and safe, but it is a bit heavy to handle when stationary. Maybe the V85TT is better for long trips and is also more comfortable, but the V7 is not bad for short weekend trips, the tank allows you to travel many kilometers and you just need to mount a windshield if the air is annoying on the highway.

I’m a 50 something and this is my first bike. It’s ideal, plenty of performance, really fun to ride, without totally scaring you all the time. I find it very comfortable on varied 2-3 hour rides and all day with the usual breaks. It’s true, Guzzis are special, I guarantee you will end up meeting and talking to more people than on many other bikes! 😬

Mistral kit simply slip into place with little muscles and patience, just remove two bolts and replace the original exhaust in few minutes. Instructions are in the package

Hi Alessia. Beautiful bike! Did you mount the mirrors directly on the original holders or did you need any adapters? How is the sight?
I do like the bar ends as well. Are these rizomas? And where did you find the silver screws? :) you‘ve made very subtile yet beautiful modifications in my eyes.

Hi, the mirrors mount directly without adapters in the original holes, the new screws were in the motogadget box. Instead the bar-end caps and the others silver screws are realized from full aluminum alloy by “MAS engineering”, here the link

No offense, but the stock laFranconis sound much deeper and mellower. These sound tinny and harsh. Guzzi may know a thing or two about exhaust sound!

I respect your opinion, Lafranconi are the best for the old Moto Guzzi bikes, but unfortunately the original exhausts have nothing to do with that brand otherwise I think no one would replace them. Mistral are the only street legal Euro5 homologated in Italy and the live sound does much more Guzzi than the heavier and cheaper originals.
