Today was my "upper body day" at home 1. Normal pushups 2. Wide push ups 3. Diamond pushups 4. Lateral raises with dumbbell. 5. Dumbbell Wrist curls 6. Standing dumbbell presses( in a foward manner) 7. Double dumbbell curls Spammed these workouts for 45mins, did every exercise at least thrice!!
Thanks bro, your videos are helping me a lot. One question if I may? I want to move weights up in 5kg so I will have a 10kg, 15kg and 20kg to start. Do you think that’s a good idea with regard to keeping form because 20kg might be a tad heavy at first? I’m not a novice lifter I just haven’t been consistent.

Now that I’m starting to see real progress I incorporated shoulders and now adding back. I really want to set up a routine that can vigorously attack all muscle groups so I can start getting major gains that are very visible. Can you help me out.
