      @@midasmvmt same with me man. I have a weight rack (&barbell) in my living room and a small/cheap bench. I've just been playing your videos on my TV and following along. I've been watching since 2020 (COVID) thanks for everything man.

    I this schedule effective for building and burning fat
    Mon- Chest
    Tue- Abs
    Wednesday - shoulder,bicep,tricep,back
    Thursday - chest
    Friday- Abs
    Saturday -shoulder,bicep,tricep,back
    Sunday - rest

      @@Bamilotang A bench is an invaluable tool for building muscle using dumbbells. You can always be creative until you’re able to get one but it should be something to keep in mind to maximize those dumbbell workouts

      It usually takes about 4-6 months in my experience to make the most progress and then it's not as much and you're mostly just maintaining :)

      Yes absolutely! Keep in mind though that it might be difficult to complete some of the exercises with that heavy of a weight load
