@@Bamilotang A bench is an invaluable tool for building muscle using dumbbells. You can always be creative until you’re able to get one but it should be something to keep in mind to maximize those dumbbell workouts
You've got a lot of dumbell only workouts but could you make a video breaking down your tier list of your plans? ex. if you had to do 1-plan for an extended period of time; which one would you choose?

Bro how many years did it take for you to have such a good physique?
It usually takes about 4-6 months in my experience to make the most progress and then it's not as much and you're mostly just maintaining :)

Yes absolutely! Keep in mind though that it might be difficult to complete some of the exercises with that heavy of a weight load
