It’s been a year later, I definitely don’t think about him everyday I rarely think of him. I promise you will get there. No contract is the best method. That means delete them off social media, don’t have contact AT ALL with them. It really helps.

When they start acting different from when you knew them, sometimes that’s their true colors showing. So at the end of the day, kill them with kindness. They’ll get mad at you but that’s on them, let them live with that guilt. Whomever they get with next is only gong to treat them like platinum for a week, a month or two and then slowly start depleting to copper. Make yourself happy everyone, I been there and it’s sucks but as time progresses you’ll see that you won in the end.

I was with my husband for 7 year married four year's he is having affair and had a baby and we have our two kid's two getting. When I tell you I feel so good and free after a year and i am the blam for everything he say. I got God and my kid's and that's all I need and he refuses to divorce me. I am in a better place mentally, physically and spiritually. It was hard the first 10 months, but once I seen who his rebound is( A recovery meth head) it doesn't bother me anymore. Thank God he removed him for a reason. I am looking better and feeling better after 7 years!!!!!!!!!!!!

OMG i just came across this video and when i tell you it was spot on. 🙌🏾 I swear he knew my life. I had an ex from almost 4 yrs ago contact me out the blue that broke my heart into a million pieces recently apologizing for everything that happened and went wrong in our relationship. He told me that he got married over a year ago and had been going through pure hell. I know nobody but God broke him down to contact me and apologize. I was completely fine and had moved on without closure and when i tell you i have peace and felt so dumb for being heartbroken for a year after the breakup. Thanks so much for sharing with us.

Some of us need a wake up call. I’m pining away for someone who’s house smelled so bad from her cats I had to lie to her about reasons why I couldn’t eat over at her house when she invited me. She decided I didn’t care about her was the reason why.. lots of physical and mental issues too. Sometimes we want to continue with things that should have died months or years ago. And we are hurting ourselves by doing so.

I loved this! I appreciate how you broke things down. Sometimes we can manipulate ourselves into thinking we want our ex back but many times it simply means we’re in a very vulnerable place. We’re not healed yet. I thought I needed closure until someone helped me realize that I didn’t. I can seek that validation within myself. I went no contact last year and have not looked back. Videos like yours reminds me that I’m on the right track. I’m not opening any doors that need to stay closed, they’re closed for a reason. We don’t need to dwell on what’s behind us, we need to accept it was a lesson and keep moving forward. It’s important to get real with ourselves. What my ex has going on is none of my business. Not my circus, not my monkeys. The disrespect alone was enough to show me what I needed to see. Also he knows better than to come back to me. I see through all of his bs.
My ex quit dating other ppl. She found out that no other person will tolerate her bullshit. My ex’s daughter tried to commit suicide. My ex has truly been broken. My ex lost a lot of weight. My ex is bankrupt and bout to lose her rental house. Now, she’s making attempts to correct her life and make up with me. The grass wasn’t greener on the other side. The intervention has worked. The only way that I would consider reuniting again with my ex is if she agrees to mental health treatment. I now have all the power and control. But we just can’t keep repeating the same old shit. Correction is a must, because GOD has already done the chastisement with the Karma.

I guess I was helping my ex more than I was helping myself. I’m not the type of woman to ask for anything and he still wanted to let me go. He switched up over night. He said he wants to work on his financial freedom and he can’t provide for nobody but himself and his kids. I felt that. They blame you for they’re actions. My dude stood me up . Had me do the most to get off work for dinner then stood me up and wasn’t gonna tell me about it. Of course I’m mad . The next day he asked me for help picking up his car. I told him no. Why would I help when I’m still mad you know? He didn’t even apologize. He blocked me bc I said no and doesn’t want anything to do with me. I had to beg him and I mean BEG him to forgive me even tho he was in the wrong. Dude is a A+ manipulator
