@@_Star_Titan_I’m replaying this on Xbox, have collected all the blue penguins, and I haven’t unlocked Monican Freya or the robot skin. Do you recall what’s supposed to trigger those?

The 'Monican' skin is the third one showcased. I have all the codes used to unlock the skins shown at the end of the video, as well as listed in the description. The last 3 outfits are only unlocked through game-play, so beyond that....

@@_Star_Titan_ It's gotta be a glitch in the Xbox port; I unlocked everything in the PS2 version years ago using IGN's walkthrough and a message board post that corrected one of the collectible locations (in "Model Behavior" you have to kick five boxes into the portal the first time you pass by, then it spits out a blue penguin).
