- Eurotech Trofeo B446SY2 - The Eurotech Trofeo machine is an 11-axis turn/mill center with a dual Y-axis turrets, dual spindles. The ultimate for bar machining and auto load components. The superior design delivers extremely efficient and fast production of complex parts using live tools, C-axis and Y-axis.
I saw one of these operate, saw the completed bolt carriers come out on the little 6" wide conveyor belt into the basket. The Guy has bar feeders and the unattended operation is real. He has I believe three of these 11 axis machines and two 9 axis very similar. He works alone running all of them by himself, no employees , and does all programming and maintenance. himself. Also, he has a centerless grinder that is the nicest I have ever seen.
I would love to have the money to run my own shop creating high end BCGs and barrels like this.
@@mastodonxrp5314 That's the ultimate dream, isn't it?
LOL Dream: Until you have to clean the machine. ;)
made out of brass so you can actually see whats going on, if they used 8620, all you'd see is coolant blowing against the glass.
You know a lot about blowing...

That's a beautiful turn key process! All those custom drills and stuff take time to develop as well. Very cool! It'd actually be really cool to see a bolt made of brass. Great video!
Awesome. I just want to see the post processor/ cam side of things.
mesmerizing !
Impressive!
super great work
I install and train operators on Nakamura turn-mills and I will say, that is an impressive machine. I like the traveling/off-set sub-spindle and unloading while the main is running. I have had issues with tool holder interference in the past trying to drill deep holes on center on both spindles. Nice workaround. 31i I take it?
Yes 31i
I need someone to talk about Nakamura ... Thinking to buy one. Would you be interested to talk ?
@@mattsarac9920 . Where are you located?
@@CR3W1SH03S Ft Myers FL
@@mattsarac9920 . Maruka USA doesn't have a presence in FL but I belive the importer who we work with does. Methods Machine Tools. They cover FL out of TN.
amazing
Amazing it must cost a fortune
What's the price?
Damn! 👍🏻😉👍🏻
This is how the pyramids were built.
Anyone can machine this carrier. Designing a machine that does this is what has me 😮
Yup... need more firearms on the market. Every individual shall have no less than five.
BEAUTIFUL #BOLT #CARRIER #GROUP
Thank you!
ok, now make the ENTIRE rest of an AR-15 in brass :)
all fully functional except not if you know what i mean :)
It would look neat, but wouldn't trust it beyond an art piece :)
@@EurotechElitewhich was teh ENTIRE point :)
Do you sell this program? With Machine? 😝
Why yes, yes, we do! Just...the other way around; machine WITH programming of your custom parts! 😉
Thats why i dont mind spending 250 on a quality Bolt carrier group.
Where can I buy one.
Give us a shout! www.eurotechelite.com
@Eurotechelite any way to purchase one of these demo units for display?
I feel dumb.
Haha, watch out for holder interference...
I need one...
You can not do this at home in your own garage. Simple as that
My other brand sales rep told me today, this machine is BS. On real steel, the time is a lot longer than they say, he mentioned. Is there anyone using this for sometime and making real bolts ? What is the time per piece?
We have many customers making carriers. This is a production process shown. In fact, we have sped the process up since this video.
You made a bronze bolt carrier?? Why?
Brad Gefroh says in the video its for the demo, im assuming its so you can see it better in camera, honestly id love to buy it it looks cool
Apparently you didn't watch the video. They clearly state where they used brass.
Looks like an M16 carrier. The AR carriers suck.
Same exact carrier.
@@kellygipson8354 not the same...
Absolutely no point showing this part made in brass,
If they used 8620 they would have to use coolant to cool the tools, so all you would see is white shit shit all over the window and camera.
Would be like being trapped in a blizzard. Hence the demo to show you its capablities without being visually impared.
There absolutely is a point, you just missed it.
Allen didn't.
*facepalm*
What is the name of this machine?
