Wow!!! I knew I recognized you when you helped me yesterday, but I didn’t remember where till I saw this video again today! You’re brilliant and I’m so grateful for your help!
Nice video series. Saw your other video about your enclosure wich I have to say that is absolutely magnificent, and probably I'll copy it, hope you don't mind...great job and thank you for sharing!
i think you would of turned your y fitting 90 degrees would give you a better flow from the router and to the cyclone they would be a more straight shot plus a little less hose to router and from the table to lessen the curves in hose......just my opinion i love the setup tho great video i follow your carves in facebook group
Looks great Mitz, thanks for sharing & giving us ideas. I’m seriously considering getting one when they come out with a spindle. The downside for me is the size for my shop. I’m trying to figure out a table can be lifted flat on the wall & out of the way when not in use.
Not sure if you've done this yet, but I saw a video on youtube a few days ago where a guy made a wall mounted/hinged table that supports 300lbs. Looked more than capable of holding a onefinity in place.
Yes, I’ve seen several that are wall mounted. As a matter of fact 1F has come out with a bracket to mount the Onefinity on the wall and operate it vertically. The only thing though is you also need to purchase the QCW frame (quick change wasteboard frame) www.onefinitycnc.com/product-page/wall-mount-kit
HI I went to the link you provided for the boom arm and I could not find it on the site .there were a lot of hose brackets but no set up like you showed in your video also did you do a video on building your enclosure
Wow nice design on the enclosure. Is it something you made as well or bought. Would love to know so i can either purchase it or build it. Thanks in advance. Rick
Thanks Rick! I made this for my first machine (I’ve since upgraded twice 😆)I have 2 videos on building it and I also have build instructions attached to the part 2 video. Let me know if you have any questions
Thanks for the reply. I will try and look for the instructions and designs, too. I am just starting out with doing CNC work as a hobby. Got me a Genmetric 4040 Pro and want to see what I can do for the dust instead of just holding a shop vac up to it. So, I was thinking of an enclosure with some way to connect a hose to my dust collector system.
Thank you for the video - it was definitely helpful with thinking through the design of my Dust Collection System. One quick question for you, what size PVC did you use? Please let me know. Thanks again.
Hey Mitz... great set up... I was wondering what shop vac you’re using and are you keeping it running the entire length of the job? Also are you finding the amount of suction you’re getting adequate for keeping the work surface relatively clean during your cuts? Thank you
@@onefinity-trainingtipswithMitz That's awesome... thanks for the info... I'm considering a similar set-up now for my 1F table... which l'm getting ready to start construction on this weekend!
No, not really. I check the dust barrel at the end of each day just to be sure that nothing is smoldering though. The very first time I made a cribbage board, I accidentally used a downcut bit for the peg holes and it got pretty smoky in my shop after burning in the first 10 holes or so. I stopped the job, emptied the dust barrel into my fire pit and changed to an upcut bit and didn’t have any problems after that.

Really nice design, thanks for making the video nd sharing your ideas. I assume you used 2 inch sch 40 pvc and 2.5 inch flex. Is that correct? Thx
Yes, that’s correct

Sorry for the delay, just seeing your question now. I used a standard 2” pvc pipe for dust collect. I believe that’s the inside dia. Of the pipe
ordered my t-track want to copy your spoilboard, thanks.

are you worried about static at all?
