    I had to tell myself multiple times that I do what I want, and that's when I realized I had the ability to do what I wanted to do, I just didn't want to do what I knew I needed to do for my future, so I had to tell myself over and over that I don't want to be addicted and dependent on sticking a needle in my arm. Praise God it's been about 3 years. I am learning to use CBD and balance my endocannabinoid system, heal my body and my mind. I love being sober and I feel so strong compared to the way I felt when I was powerless and trapped.
    If you struggle with marijuana please start taking CBD to counteract THC induced psychosis and you will begin to think more clearly and you will be more likely to actually quit harming your body. Just add CBD and the fog will start clearing and then you will be more likely to make the right decision to quit abusing marijuana

    When some people didn't become a smoker because they didn't like it or it was making them feel unwell. That might be less common and more unlikely to happened with Vaping if they vape a flavour they like

    • @thefreelancer7683
      @thefreelancer7683 Рік тому +1

      dude I've had every drug that exists, it's a week of withdrawal and then you're back to normal.

    • @carlpanzram7081
      @carlpanzram7081 Рік тому

      Physical Withdrawal with most drugs is a joke.
      Weed, nicotine, even opiates, cocain etc.
      Like, have you ever had any diseases that had you bed ridden for a week or two?
      You felt terrible right?
      All you have to do is go through that voluntarily.
      Like, you probably go through something that is VERY ALIKE physiological withdrawal of many drugs, once or twice a year already, just by default. 😂
      When I had nicotine withdrawal, the slight headaches and all the other physiological symptoms were comparable to the last 3 days of a mild cold
      It was like the part of a cold where you go "wow I'm feeling a lot better, nice, I think I'll be fit in two or three days" 😂
      The difficult part is 1. You know you can stop the symptoms by doing the drug, and 2. The psychological longing for the drug.
      So, quitting cigarettes wasn't difficult because it gave me a very mild headache and some nausea, it was difficult because I was extremely nervous, and anxious, and I REALLY wanted to smoke, in the same way that I want to drink when I'm thirsty, or want to eat when I'm hungry. My body is SCREAMING for nicotine.
      That's the difficult part, controlling your behavior in spite of your instinctive desires and Impulses.
      So,you need some kind of higher order principle to guide you through that. Like for instance "smoking is bad for my health, and if I suffer a terrible disease, not just will I myself suffer immensely, but all my family and friends will suffer immensely too"
      These higher order principles are what will get you through addiction. Actually, one of those could already be to just acknowledge the value and meaning of being in complete control of your actions
      You know, purposefully Abstinence of anything.
      That is exactly why so many cultures preach rituals of abstinence. It's a indefinetly valuable skill.

      I think it depends on the person and situation just like it all always varies with every single case but yes there are definitely lots of similar struggles absolutely and I do love his inspiration but it really is playing this kind game and someone that is very addicted to cigs and especially if that’s your only or last crutch it can really hard but not impossible (:

    Because some people might not like smoking tobacco. A bad thing about Vaping or making weed ligal is its going to get some people puffing on something. Who might not have been puffing on anything if it wasn't around

    I have a genuine question because i have tried quitting. Ik i sound like a p***y but about 1-2 days into quitting i will have panic attacks, and dry gag in the morning if i dont hit it.. i have used very strong nicotine since i was 13. Is there any good way to weane off of it? or is my only good option to just quit and bear the symptoms.
    I have motivation to quit.. i have had 2 heart surgeries.. been hit by a car.. but at the same time every time i try to i get sick because im quitting and it throws me back into the cycle. I know ill feel better once im acclimated to 0 nictoine, but i just want to make the process to get there easier.
    Does anyone have any personal experience with anti smoking meds/ replacement therapy?

    • @carlpanzram7081

    Well then there's the fact that nicotine isn't actually addictive and that it's an additive that is.
    Naphthalene is addictive.
    Toluene is addictive
    But nicotine without those substances isn't.

    Well they are weaker than there addiction. They cant overcome themselves. Just because you can crush a ciggarette with your hands doesnt mean you are strong enough to beat your addiction. You have to become strong enough to beat it ny looking within and finding what your trying not to feel by smoking. Otherwise your will power to quit is weaker than your addiction lets not sugar coat it
