  • An insurance restoration contractor has most of the leverage out of anyone when hired to perform the repairs that are prescribed by an insurance repair claim and/or roofing job. The contractor has more power than a public adjuster, an attorney, an insurance adjuster, and appraiser or anyone else involved with the insurance claim. Learning how to exhaust all options before the situation goes sideways is the key to maintaining higher winning percentages and larger approval amounts.

Still way off on that water damage coverage stuff, but really like your approach to working with insurance companies. Documentation. Documentation. Documentation. An articulate position, along with reason and civility go a LONG way.
I'm a veteran. I can't wait to attend one of your seminars free.

@@InsuranceRestorationTraining you ever considered putting together a class on just the code stuff directly for the adjusters? Bet that would be a goldmine for them and a goldmine for you.

No contractor has more power than a PA and certainly not than an attorney. Most contractors in almost every state can't even begin to discuss the policy or claim with the insurance company by law. Right off the bat you're making false and misleading statements. Not a good look.

Lol… apparently you didn’t watch the rest of it. And I can tell that you haven’t watched any of my other content. I constantly talk about how a contractor can NEVER EVER discuss policy or coverage. They are out of bounds when they do that. They only need to do a complete and thorough inspection, an accurate inspection and rely on BUILDING CODES. This will ensure a fast turn around time with the highest approvals. You must be an attorney or a PA. If so, I apologize if I offended you. Thanks for watching and for the comment. I wish you the best! 🙏💖👊😉

@@InsuranceRestorationTraining I'm neither a PA or Attorney but I am an adjuster. Of course I would not watch an entire video that starts with you randomly talking on the phone and when your opening is the statement I cited before.

Got it… I feel silly. Apologies. Of course you are an adjuster. Well, Mr Adjuster… sorry you didn’t like my content. Thanks for sharing your miserable thoughts. Now see yourself off my channel and go troll the next channel you disagree with. That’s the beauty of UA-cam. Bye now. 😘
