The trouble is, when Pep say’s he doesn’t have a ‘strongest part’ of his game, he’s a perfectionist, so as he said earlier in the piece, there is always something to improve on.

I admire Pep; he has achieved so much. Often strikes me as an intense person but really this shows he can be quite relaxed, fun and good humoured. It's probably that combination that makes him such a great manager. Great challenge.
I live in one of the houses behind him. Love it here at Pula Golf in Mallorca and having the Legends wandering around was a pleasure and privilege. Great interview and a tough challenge on that ground!
