    I see that your video is 5 months old. I'm just now seeing it. I appreciate very much your professionalism in making this video. You are very articulate. It is further appreciated that you use no inappropriate lauguage, which unfortunately is very rare in trucking videos. TMC owns the equipment and therefore has the right to set certain standards for maintenance and appearance. I'll look for more of your videos. Be safe.

    TMC is a great company. I've never driven for them but I have talked to some of the drivers are owner/operators and they all like it. I think its great that they demand such cleanliness, that's missing in this industry. Keep up the good work driver, you're doing a great job.

      Thank you, I will.
      I don't mind the cleanliness requirements. That's how I maintain my personal vehicle and home, so it's the norm for me to uphold the company's standard with the truck. 😅

I have heard many different reviews some good some not soo good however, my biggest concern is them not "tolerating" or hiring individuals with dreadlocs such as myself. Do you or anyone in the comment section have any insight on this? I refuse to cut my locs for a job soo id like to know if im wasting my time, Thanks in advance. Stay safe 🫡

    • @EruditeTrucker
      @EruditeTrucker  6 місяців тому +1

      It's difficult to give an accurate answer to that question. There are so many variables that can affect your pay. How long you stay on the road, what load you're hauling, the time of year, your specific pay percentage, what deductions are taken from your check, etc. A conservative number would be $1000 - 1,200, but as I said, various factors could make those numbers much higher or lower.

      I've seen TMC drivers that have had locs, so I'd say that shouldn't be a problem. I'd imagine that as long as your hair is well kept and can be tied back or wrapped to prevent it from being caught and ripped off of your scalp, you should be OK. I'm not sure if they have a hair length limit.
