You just mentioned one of the reasons why I quit with TMC. TMC is only a company to get started and then move on. The performance pay is just a way to pay less to the drivers. You have to do everything right in order to make decent money.

@@claytongraham5952 Facility Manager, I'm 2x median income for my area.
Paid
That pay is terrible and I'm so glad I didn't start with tmc.
Where did you go?
I'd rather not say.😂 I haul hazmat now and love it. Gross 3300 a week as a w2.
I mean starting out it's better than swift lol😂. There is a lot of better paying jobs out there especially in flatbed and hazmat. Wish you the best driver.

You just brother can you just not explain the pay and quit with the grass? It's confusing as heck.
@@BOBBYCOOPER-z4k your comment is confusing 🤔
you make less money than a doordash driver. How is this possible?
That's funny! 😅😂🤣
Doubt that lol.
@@austinatomTV that's why doordashers are crying for tips on tiktok 😆 🤣
Hey this was this best TMC breakdown video I seen.!! Do you think if I went to TMC and stayed out 5 to 6 weeks I would make more than what you showed.? I used to drive trucks OTR years ago, been driving school buses lately… thinking about trying flatbed out but want to at least net 1,000 a week…keep up the great content 🫡
If you plan to stay out and run netting over $1K weekly shouldn’t be an issue. 💪🚛💨💨💨
😂This is all bs. Guy makes no sense.
Your comment is bs 😅
First to say Great Run but I was wondering is you gonna make a part two for the second year?
