My exact setup except R5 7600X since it was only a 10$ difference. The combo is a beast runs everything super smooth with great graphics and tons of room to upgrade in the future tho i think we’ll be set for a while 😉
Going for last gen performance gets you considerably more performance for the money, the only drawback is the platform upgrade path. I just built a $1kish machine with a 5700X3D and 6800 XT in it and getting 100fps at 3840x2160 in BO6.
Well upgrade path is not irrelevant. It's nice to be able to just plug in a zen 6 cpu later down the road without having to buy new ram and motherboard. Ofc if you're already on am4 and are planning to upgrade, the 5700x3d or 5800x3d if you can find it, is obviously the best deal.
@@om0206 i have a feeling the AM5 platform will stick around like the AM4 has done. An entry level AM5 CPU provides comparable performance to 5800X3D.

Just snagged the 7700xt on a fire sale for 220 this morning, along with several other pieces of a new build, like the gigabyte aorus elite x870 WiFi 7 for $166 @40% off. Super stoked, as this will replace the 12 year old beast that finally died on me and rehash my writing/gaming hobbies.

You should cover the 4 leds on the motherboard and potentially what it means if an led red light is on the motherboard and what troubleshooting you could do for each led red light on the motherboard.
Just built my pc with a 7700xt, didn't spend the extra money for AM5 and went 5600 and now thinking i should have saved up and gone for an AM5 build. I couldn't wait the extra few weeks but otherwise very happy with my build!
There AIO water cooling system is also very competitive, you can get a Arctic Liquid Freezer III 360 A-RGB for just 70€. That is a 360 system. And they have crazy deals on just case fans, they are selling 5 Arctic F12 fans for like 23€, 5 fans.

bought a 3080ti for 464$ used, it has been more than 10 years since i last bought nvidia (gt 640 2gb), and man this card is so fast that i need to change a monitor (upgraded from radeon rx 480 8gb that i used for 8 years)

If you _really_ wanted to make the most of your budget, get a 6800, but stroll over to your nearest Microcenter (if there is one near you) and get a 7600X3D instead of a 7700X for even more performance for only $20-$30 more. Otherwise, 7700X is it unless you want to get a Ryzen 7700 from Aliexpress for like $220 with no cooler and then spend more on the GPU.

What are your thoughts on the id cooling Frozen a620 vs. freezer 36? ztt says its the king of budget cpu cooler. also isn't it worth getting the 7600 then the 7,500F just because of the IGPU? let's say if the dedicated graphics card shuts down because of some sort of issue, there's no way to access it, and you need the IGPu to Open your PC and troubleshoot.
Was there a scene with the cost of all the pc parts for comparison? I feel this same pc could be built much cheaper if you skimp out on the case a little bit, and as mentioned buying cheaper memory kits. When on a tight budget asthetics do not mean much. Hell I would go to a local pc shop and search for an el cheapp used AMD Box cooler if dealing with a Ryzen 5 7500F.
what about the top fans on the picture i don't see them but on the final shooting of the pc they are they are they there when you buy or do i have to buy hhem alone?

@@betag24cn Personally I would have just 1 fan on the top, just above the cpu cooler to help it guide the hot air upwards and away from the case. the fan in the top center and top front arent doing any favors. Infact they are simply stealing away from air coming from the front intake panel and chucking out from the top!
@@betag24cn Im sorry but you're not going to convince me that 2 or 3 exhaust fans on the top is going to matter. the fans will be exhausting fresh air that circulated from the front panel. the main hot air from the cpu cooler will be mainly exhausted by the 3rd top exhaust fan, which is most important. i would probably save money on the extra fans
Check the dimension (length) of the 6800 you’re interested in and then lookup the max supported GPU length for the case you’re interested in getting, then compare the two measurements.

2:30 also a 8400f here is next to 100, so you can Go cheaper with it but you have to do a lot of compromises with it
The 8400f is a terrible CPU. It’s slower than a last generation Ryzen 5600.

Use phone usb tethering. If no wifi adapter available. Worked for me

You don't need 3 exhaust fans at the top of case
2 are enough, but if you have them and can set them to spin slowly, it will help with temperature and keep the noise low
