How is he not in the basketball hall of fame? He made the warriors, wizards, and kings relevant.
cus he single handily destroyed fab5 legacy.
Elhanan Hardaway fab 5 was just Michigan making $ off young black men
@@freddycalipari4242 oh stfu. wtf u on about. the money goes to fund the university, education, scholarships, and research. all the university personnel's are transparent and contract based. if the coaches are getting paid in millions, so be it. they are paid well to win, which in turn increases revenue, to make the university better. Don't bring that typical black attitude. If you want money go to NBA. boo hoo. suck it up.
@@elhananhardaway8728 sure, so slavery was valid too because they "gave" Housing and food too?
@@freddycalipari4242 nah that don't fly here...what u saying could apply to any other university and or pro team...end of the day he did do what he did...I still like where he seems to be at rn tho
Fab5 and UNLV made a great impact on me... Watching those brothers were simply amazing
I liked those two teams back in the day too.
Been a huge fan of C. Webb since I could remember....I really appreciate these platforms that really give fans an opportunity to have a more realistic picture of who these individuals we've looked up to truly are. I have so much more respect and admiration for C. Webb after this! Thanks for keeping it a buck!!!
I like how Matt basically apologized to Kyrie, I appreciate shh like dat!!
Yo! Literally been waiting for this interview to drop since the snippet! Salute to y'all Kings! Gems! 🙏🏿💪🏿
My gosh Barnes and Jackson are really good interviewers
Man this Interview was do inspirational and gave me a better perspective of who Chris Webber is. I felt when he said forgiving yourself and moving on . I needed to hear that.💯💯
Webb and Dubb is one of my favorite duos ever. So fun to watch. Webb Era in Sac was so dope.
That conversation about forgiveness is a gem. Thank you for discussing it with some much wisdom.
You brothers are truly a breath of fresh air
I remember being in high school in the early 2000’s and seeing how dominant Chris Webber was in that era. He’s still Such an underrated PF. All the smoke brings it! Keep up the great work guys! 🏀💨
Edit - I wear black socks everytime I hoop because of the fab five. Much respect for changing the culture!✊🏽
I always wear black socks. Have for 26years.
I used to get made fun of for them and then a couple years later everyone was doing it. Yeesh
Hahaclassic early 2000s with the dada’s also
@@kingdingaling2469 I remember when NBA 2k1 had the black socks option finally
@@damarimoland1613 dadas.... holy shit forgot all abt those shoes everyone wanted that crown on their shoes talk abt nostalgia
this makes me think about how great it is to have this podcast to show us and give us the inner memories of old basketball. They had kobe, kg, rondo, perkins, e.t.c on top of that ppl of other professions. It's such a greater perspective of memories and future perspectives of what to do after
Let tell you I feel every bit of what he is saying. I feel his energy, you can hear it in his voice.
Forgiveness is a force like no other....Forgiving one's self is the greatest act of self love there is.
One of my favorite players. He is mad underrated. Only the people that watched ball back in the days would know.
Webber is underated, Kobe was around.
@@daporkoil1 there also alot of power forwards that were sick too.. garnett, Duncan, etc
You are correct. Webber was just as dominant as any power forward has been in the the NBA for about 4 or 5 years.
Yup. West was no joke. Think about all the greats that didn’t win rings because of the bulls/lakers/Celtics/Spurs etc... from 2000-2020 only 9 teams have won the championship.
Back to normal no more virtual meetings👏🏾👏🏾 great interview by the way
Glad to see y'all back in the studio. Loved hearing C Webb tell his story.
One word to describe C Webb. Honorable.. love listening to him talk through his life and his perspective on life.
C-Webb my fave PF of all time. He, Iverson, Marbury, Francis, Kidd, Garnett and Payton etc made my NBA childhood special.
Props for the Marbury love! His name has been run through the mud, but he was so cold!
WTTBA! From NBA Jam to NBA Street was a cultural golden age!
C Webb rookie of the year... Go Dubs We Believe 💪🏼🏀
This is one of the best interviews I've ever watched or listened to. Love from Antigua 🇦🇬. Chris and Matt are my guys. Chris you're so right. I can forgive you and not fuck with you. #FabFive was real. Wish I could shake your hands, but this shake 👋will have to do for now. #GSW
💥💥🔥🔥🔥 that’s right up there with the KG and Uncle Shae Shae interview. This show is on another level!
I was thinking the same exact thing! :)
Man y’all gotta get Deron Williams on the show man. He’s so slept on and nobody talks about him
I think he was on Q and D if you want an interview till they get him on here
He washed out top quick.
@@museinmohammed8765 injuries my man injuries
You're right.
Brandon Roy slept on too. If not for injuries he was going to dominate.
