Dr neil, I’m really hoping u see this comment. I’ve been stagnant with my nbme scores and every time the score report shows a different set of systems I need to work on. I’ve been doing UW and nothing seems to be improving my scores. Please can you give me some advice. I’d really appreciate it!!
Stillhere, I had same issue... losing old material as time passes and learning new stuff... MY solution was to make a notebook of stuff I didn't know or knew I'd forget and I'd review that notebook daily...while I studied new stuff... I may have went through 5-6 notebooks each night to reinforce... You'll get quicker and quicker, but you won't loose the material...

Tina, I would start by drawing out the GRAM (+) and GRAM (-) chart until it becomes routine... I did that daily and to this day, I still know where everything is at... then look at SKETCHYMICRO... i guess now SKETCHY MEDICAL...
