@@happsingh477 UW and Amboss both test this. FA Section RBC morphology, spherocyte causes are AIHA and HS. The idea is in AIHA, splenic conditioning leads to spherocytes (acquired spherocytosis).

& don't we also get a microcytic anemia with Etoh (in chronic states) cuz of nutritional deficiency ( & as per Goljan, i think he said cuz they also have low B6, which is needed for heme production) ? ?
