Also, guess what.. he doesn’t have all his documents in order for them to do the legal wedding so they’re just going to Brazil for the wedding party… things are NOT ADDING UP! It’s call Munchausen! syndrome. Her mom had it and the daughter is Gypsy Rose Blanchard!! She is from where I’m from, lol. She is in jail for killing her mom over this. Her mom basically told her she had all of these medical problems, such as including epilepsy, leukemia, muscular dystrophy, sleep apnea, retardation, and chromosome and digestive disorders. By the time she was six, it was determined that she was paralyzed from the waist down, and she had a feeding tube implanted and she was wheelchair bound.

I disagree. I think given the circumstances it makes sense. I think people tend to sexualize mom/son relationships for many reasons but given the fact that the father had just passed away and he's close to his mom... it's not weird. The wife seems to be sexualizing her spouses and MILs relationship. They are grieving and only they know how close their relationship has been and maybe they tend to be a family that is used to physical touch and are open with their feelings. That would be a different upbringing than the wife who will never understand.

I dated a man and when we would actually have some alone/free time he wouldn't put any boundaries with his 11 yr old son and would allow him to sleep in his bed. I would immediately exit the room and not go back inside. I get it, it's really uncomfortable and strange. So many questions would run in my head like why is he doing this? Does he, the dad, have other intentions? Is he using his son as a 🍆 block? Is he trying to prove to his son that I don't come first and not cause jealousy with his kid and me? Trust and communication are key. 3. To me, the fact that he’s asking is HER going to a GUY/girls trip and her waiting till last minute to inform HIM of her sister not going is a red flag? THAT is the suspicion itself. It seems that the only reason why she was allowed to go in the first place was BECAUSE of the sister been there. So the sister not going would ruin a good trip for her, she kept it till last minute so it wouldn’t ruin a good vacation for her. And I paint this scenario because his question is directly blaming her behavior. When should could very well just be escaping a toxic environment and that’s why she decided to keep it to herself. A lot of NPDs use these tactics, lots of controllers, and authoritarian people too. It’s a scenario to think about. It’s not because he’s “a man”. It literally can be a woman doing it, I’ve seen it. The one with the girls/guy trip is weird.
1. Whether you’re in dating/marriage relationship, you’re allowed to go out without your partner. You can have a shared lifestyle and enjoy independence, in fact is actually beneficial for the relationship.
2. The fact that is guys/girls is not a red flag. What? Is she only allowed to have girl-friends just because she’s in a relationship? That’s mediocre thinking. That’s trust issues. Same would go for a guy-girl relationship or homosexual. It’s ridiculous. Trust and communication are key.
3. To me, the fact that he’s asking is HER going to a GUY/girls trip and her waiting till last minute to inform HIM of her sister not going is a red flag? THAT is the suspicion itself.
It seems that the only reason why she was allowed to go in the first place was BECAUSE of the sister been there. So the sister not going would ruin a good trip for her, she kept it till last minute so it wouldn’t ruin a good vacation for her.
And I paint this scenario because his question is directly blaming her behavior. When should could very well just be escaping a toxic environment and that’s why she decided to keep it to herself.
A lot of NPDs use these tactics, lots of controllers, and authoritarian people too.
It’s a scenario to think about.
It’s not because he’s “a man”. It literally can be a woman doing it, I’ve seen it.
I paint it because it happened to me, and I’ve seen it happened far too many times and society only sees the easy side of the story and jump so fast into conclusions.
