Hey Tekking I got a question. If by some cosmic miracle or weird mishap, how would a Pokemon (your choosing) fair in the One Piece universe? Would it keep its own abilities, gain new ones via the One Piece world affecting it, or even accidentally eating a devil fruit. I've been wondering about this question for awhile and you always popped up in my head to be the one to answer this question.
19:59 I think the best option for Kinemon’s fruit would be to make a vest that easily slips on and off, then sew a bunch of sticks of TNT set to detonate on a timer to said vest (you’d need to do this while wearing the vest, or it would turn back into a leaf when you take it off). Then make a trench coat to wear over the vest, and position yourself near the target when the timer is about to detonate. Quickly take off the trench coat and vest, leaving behind only TNT and leaves, then while your target is caught off guard you book it the other direction
You could use the clothing fruit for bondage and non lethal combat. Such as manifesting a straight jacket, or maybe even clothes with lots of belts to retrain movement. If the fruit was awakened I could possibly see the clothes moving to your will and that would open up a lot more possibly.
As someone with ophidiophobia that look to your left actually got me even though I was totally expecting something like that from Tekking. This is going to be one rough segment of animal facts.
14:45 - Oda stated that he did have a "bounty" poster. It just didn't've a reward on it. The highest it goes is Yottabyte, 1M Exabytes. 19:00 - Lulusia Kingdom is in the New World. 27:00 - I doubt it would work on Chaotic good characters like the Whitebeard crew. It just immobilized them if anything. 32:25 - My mom is Scot-Irish, while my dad has English heritage. The only piece of Britain I'm missing is Wales.
I feel like Ace's Mera Mera no Mi is a pretty good example, too. Luffy seems to naturally understand that Ace's "will" is somehow still connected to the fruit and wants someone worthy to get it. And Sabo, his other brother just HAPPENS to be on the island it spawns on. I think the Devil Fruits are attracted to people with similar dreams or personalities to the person who created the fruit. Kind of a like attracts like thing. And I think it's interesting that the Admirals seem to have the WRONG personalities for their fruits. Akainu is too cool headed to make the most out of the Lava Fruit. Kizaru is too lazy to make the most of the Light Fruit. And I wonder if that's on purpose by the Gorosei, so their Admirals can't..."hear" their fruit's wills? For Kinemon, my first instinct is to have him make armor...but he probably can't do that. They could be made of tough or fire-proof material, though. Battle scarves and cloths are a thing like sabai. Instead of using stones, he COULD turn weapons into clothes and then take off the clothes to use the weapons. Maybe he could make..."magic" clothes? Like costumes in Mario Bros that give you different abilities. Dress like a Mermaid and you can swim. Dress in fiery clothes and get fire powers. Maybe the clothes could have acupuncture-like abilities. Pinching you in different places to boost your own strength. Maybe the fashion of the different clothes could give him a confidence boost? Clothes make the man kind of thing. You could do a reverse-Stormtrooper thing. Dress a enemy like him and have the other mooks attack them.
id say the jacket jacket fruit is one that chose its owner too since it combined Kelly's more aggressive nature, skills, speed with his brother Bobby who was more pacifistic and weak willed while having a hulking figure and more strength.
I have a theory that it was never the Celestial Dragons' idea to give Hancock her DF, but rather the fruit itself manipulated the world nobles to have it end up in Hancock's hand instead of being used for "evil". Thus being the only good thing that happened to Hancock in those moments, even though she never noticed it.
@@juanca120 this is just a theory based on how powerful her Devil Fruit is. However, I also have a feeling that Blackbeard, the World Government, and probably Kuma knows Hancock's secret almost the same way they knew about Buggy's ties with Roger & Shanks. If so, then I bet that even if it got out, a lot of people might actually feel sorry for Hancock, and see her as an innocent victim, as well as encourage a lot of people to oppose the world nobles.
20:00 The main downside being that the clothes disappear if removed kinda limits the fruits combat abilites but I guess you could have multiple variations of clothing that can stagger, distract or pacify enemies as long as they struggle or cant remove them
for helping with the Kinnemon fruit combat stuff -Could be used to instantly immobilize an enemy by summoning a straight-jacket -summon extra layers of clothing for defense and obscuring vital points like Trebol did -not kinnemon himself, but maybe a stance type figther, could have different figthing styles and techniques by constantly changing outfits, Mr 2 and Dellinger come to mind. High heels, Studs, very long sleeves -Since we're talking One Piece, I can totally see a character having a combat style based on being cute and changing into different mascot costumes like what Kinnemon did in dressrossa. get chewed by a T-rex's Zipper mouth or "flying" around with a wingsuit -Cammouflage -Be a ninja, and make a lot of objects in the enviroment have the same clothes as you in order to confuse the oponent
I don’t even know if it’s bad writing. It just seems like a very common anime trope that characters have powers that either look like their design or that are convenient. Especially shows with such crazy and diverse powers
From what I can tell you are authentically yourself and I really appreciate getting to experience that through your videos. Thank you for the years of videos man.
With otama’s fruit I always assumed that she could control SMILE users and not Zoan users because the fruit has a soul and a will. So when she tried to control a zoan user there were two souls while with SMILES or regular animals there was only ever one.
I'm a bit surprised that out of all fruits and users you didn't mention the one i would've thought about immediately when it comes to devilfruits that fit their user perfectly which is Smoker and his Moku Moku no Mi.^^ Also i think it wouldnt be that difficult to use Kinemons fruit in Battle as long as he is creative enough. For example he could just make clothes that have really sharp edges or are just very spikey, as long as it somewhat resembles something you can wear he could surely create it.
So Tekking just based off what we have learned recently in Egghead and how devil fruits came to be … do you think Tama herself created the fruit? Like her Will is what made that DF appear in wano … the DF never excised until Tama had it
I think is more the desires of the people bring the devil fruits. All the devil fruits already existed I want to believe, but they are influenced by the will, desires and ambitions of the people
14:20, I believe opening 23? shows that it was blackbeard as a kid, who scarred shanks as a kid, when shanks is walking through the jungle with buggy, probably at the same time as whitebeard and Gol D roger clashed.
The fact that Blackbeard wasn't picked by the fruit and was instead chosen by Thatch puts him in a league of his own. It goes along with his whole theme of being against nature and might explain why he can't use his full logia powers - literally the fruit rejecting him. Also ties into the themes of the yami yami being the anti devil fruit fruit - with the perfect user being one who directly opposes who the fruit wants to have.
I'd say the mera mera fruit is more of an example. It was found on an deserted island in the east by two stranded dudes who proceeded to eat it at the same time, and ace got the power because he was slightly faster. After that, sabo managed to eat it even though it was being offered as a prize in trap tournament, and was never actually considered to be eaten by any participant of that tournament
With kinemon’s ability, I think the way it could be used in combat would be if someone like franky had it and had the knowledge or robotics to build mechs using the fruit.
Kinemon could use his Fuki Fuki no Mi like Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tail and "requip" people in armor. Maybe the awakened power gives stat boosts as well?
2:40 Reminds me of characters from a lot of media that has names based on their ability and personality, even thought the parent couldn't possibly know any of that. Like Bakugo from MHA comes to mind. How could they possibly know Bakugo would be so explosive and hotheaded and loud, with that exact quirk, AND named him something that fitting for all these things, despite quirks not manifesting before the age of 4.
That type of dream from Tekking and that lemon may have been what led to the initial creation of the Grape Grape fruit. Alternatively via Monkey Paw shenanigans of someone with a Jesus complex or someone wanting to be turned into wine
Kinemon ideas: Putting onto enemy: Blind fold, oven mitts, shoes with their laces tied together, high heels, flammable clothing For himself or allay: Germa 66 raid suit, armor, gas mask, bee suit(only work if fighting bees)
My theory for the will of devil fruits is that a fruit gravitates towards a person who give off a certain wavelength. They don't go to specific people but a people who fit a certain personality type or trait the devil fruit is attracted to. Otama friendly towards animals, Belo Betty a leader, Vegapunk a scientist. Like other people could have eaten the fruits but they prefer a certain type of person
Honestly I feel it might be something similar to truth from full metal alchemist where users are given powers as curses but it's up to the individual user to overcome the curse and instead find the good in them. For example Tama gets the millet fruit so she can feed other animals to make friends but she can't feed herself. Toki eats time fruit but is then hunted for her power so she has to abandon her time and if not for oden she could have been trapped in an endless cycle of never being able to stop running away through time. Wash wash fruit you have the ability to "cleanse" evil from someone but have to actively put yourself in a position to seek out evil face to face potentially seeing the effects of atrocities in person to cleanse it. Laws op op fruit can cure all illness except death so he had to live with the powerlessness of experiencing korason (can't spell for shit) die. Blackbeard killing thatch to get the yammi yammi no mi. Chopper eating the human human fruit and becoming intelligent yet ostracized by both humans and reindeer. Doc Q being constantly sick. Sugar being stuck as a child Mr 3 leaking into wax when experiencing high temperatures. Kizaru getting pika pika no mi but being slow AF Akainu having magma fruit but being a cold hearted bastard Aokiji being a warm gentle soul with a power to just freeze people into frozen statues and then having to look at their frozen terrified faces. I'm sure if you go down the list of all devil fruit users you could find other examples of irony as a curse.
i thought of it as evolution. The people who are not compatible with the fruit die quickly, while those who are compatible live much longer/ reach higher levels of use with said devil fruit.
I would add the Jacket-Jacket fruit eaten by Kelly Funk to the list of fruits with their own wills (after all, what are the chances that it would specifically be eaten by the smarter kid in a pair of twins, whose sibling was super strong).

Then make a trench coat to wear over the vest, and position yourself near the target when the timer is about to detonate. Quickly take off the trench coat and vest, leaving behind only TNT and leaves, then while your target is caught off guard you book it the other direction
Bruh I wasn’t having a good day n literally this man pressured the lemon had me dying laughing in tears 😂 w vid💯
This is going to be one rough segment of animal facts.
cmon bro; the lemon scene. daytime television wishes they could’ve came up with that. genius.
I was surprised when you said the animal facts thing goes already on for about 2 years. This time flew by so fast!
14:45 - Oda stated that he did have a "bounty" poster. It just didn't've a reward on it. It was more "This guy works for a Yonko & is a criminal, but he's so minor we'ren't paying any hunters that capture him."
16:05 - 1000 Terabytes = 1 Petabyte, 1000 Petabytes = 1 Exabyte.
*Was going to sleep*
Phone notification:- Tekking101 uploaded a new video.
Me:- It can't be helped sleep can wait for few 20 mins.
But it was at the end, if it wasn't for the mero mero someone in any moment could find out she and her sisters were slaves
20:00 The main downside being that the clothes disappear if removed kinda limits the fruits combat abilites but I guess you could have multiple variations of clothing that can stagger, distract or pacify enemies as long as they struggle or cant remove them
for helping with the Kinnemon fruit combat stuff
-Could be used to instantly immobilize an enemy by summoning a straight-jacket
-summon extra layers of clothing for defense and obscuring vital points like Trebol did
-not kinnemon himself, but maybe a stance type figther, could have different figthing styles and techniques by constantly changing outfits, Mr 2 and Dellinger come to mind. High heels, Studs, very long sleeves
-Since we're talking One Piece, I can totally see a character having a combat style based on being cute and changing into different mascot costumes like what Kinnemon did in dressrossa. get chewed by a T-rex's Zipper mouth or "flying" around with a wingsuit
-Cammouflage
-Be a ninja, and make a lot of objects in the enviroment have the same clothes as you in order to confuse the oponent
the genie may break the food theme, but to activate the genie he has to rub his tummy like a happy little dutch boy lol
I don’t even know if it’s bad writing. It just seems like a very common anime trope that characters have powers that either look like their design or that are convenient. Especially shows with such crazy and diverse powers
Whoever wanted to be a jacket was probably a highly driven man
I bet Bello Betty can encourage herself and give her a small buff, or never surrender
From what I can tell you are authentically yourself and I really appreciate getting to experience that through your videos. Thank you for the years of videos man.
Otama was a walking talking plot armor lol
tama is the best example of right place at the right time
Kinemon: "Time to change outfits.
I'll be back in my finest...
U L T R A M E G A Z O R D ! !"
-haiku of death
It was the penguins being happy that there’s no snakes in Antarctica
8:39 i love when my devil fruits spawn in like the perfect spot like in a good old game of team death match
My favourite example is the jacket jacket fruit. On anyone else it would be completely useless, but with the Funk Brothers it’s extremely useful
With otama’s fruit I always assumed that she could control SMILE users and not Zoan users because the fruit has a soul and a will. So when she tried to control a zoan user there were two souls while with SMILES or regular animals there was only ever one.
Kinemon sets up a pile of leaves to drop on somebody and turns them into heavy suits of armor when they fall down.
I'm a bit surprised that out of all fruits and users you didn't mention the one i would've thought about immediately when it comes to devilfruits that fit their user perfectly which is Smoker and his Moku Moku no Mi.^^
Also i think it wouldnt be that difficult to use Kinemons fruit in Battle as long as he is creative enough. For example he could just make clothes that have really sharp edges or are just very spikey, as long as it somewhat resembles something you can wear he could surely create it.
that lemon is scary. no wonder it messes up people's ability to swim.
Kin'emon can create outfits that turn into smoke once removed. If he wanted, he could continuously remove his clothes to make a smokescreen.
So Tekking just based off what we have learned recently in Egghead and how devil fruits came to be … do you think Tama herself created the fruit? Like her Will is what made that DF appear in wano … the DF never excised until Tama had it
I think is more the desires of the people bring the devil fruits. All the devil fruits already existed I want to believe, but they are influenced by the will, desires and ambitions of the people
I like that theory.
14:20, I believe opening 23? shows that it was blackbeard as a kid, who scarred shanks as a kid, when shanks is walking through the jungle with buggy, probably at the same time as whitebeard and Gol D roger clashed.
I’m from the big island and I respect you for clarifying 😂 very informative video though, great job!
Hey Tekking, I was thinking Kinemon could make armor if he really tried because you know technically another name for armor is protective clothing🤔
That has to be the darkest interrogation I've ever seen. Reported for criminal activity.
A lot of energy for first time viewer at 5 am before work lol
I'd say the mera mera fruit is more of an example. It was found on an deserted island in the east by two stranded dudes who proceeded to eat it at the same time, and ace got the power because he was slightly faster. After that, sabo managed to eat it even though it was being offered as a prize in trap tournament, and was never actually considered to be eaten by any participant of that tournament
Matt: “letter S! We’re talking about -“
Interrupting ad: “Nissan *S*ales!”
Great video and also, one of the snakes you should talk about for snake facts is Titanoboa is the biggest snake in history.
With kinemon’s ability, I think the way it could be used in combat would be if someone like franky had it and had the knowledge or robotics to build mechs using the fruit.
AWESOME ANOTHER VID
"There's probably a snake right next to you"
*my pet snake*😮
Tekking is attacking old sounding lemons William truly has taken over
I would’ve laughed if you smashed the lemon out of panic after it said “yesssssss”
Love the content tekking! Keep up the great work!
Love the video and keep up the great work tekking
Kinemon could use his Fuki Fuki no Mi like Erza Scarlet from Fairy Tail and "requip" people in armor. Maybe the awakened power gives stat boosts as well?
He's got 69 vegabytes of memory
Amazing intro 😂 well done sir
Kinemon's Devil Fruit combat capability could be a jacket with a really long sleeve so he can strangle someone.
St. Patrick to the Irish: Hey I solved your snake problem
The Irish: I didn't see any snakes?!
St. Patrick: Exactly, bc I got rid of them
I hope snake facts lasts a while I love snakes and characters associated with snakes
5:10 gotta say this caught me off guard. But I like it.
Kinemon combat abilities: making raidsuits, I was thinking that he might get sanjis suit and make raidsuits for everyone on onigashima
12:51 rocking that beard
you convinced me Tekking! The lemon admitted!
Aces mera mera fruit that just drifted to shore is a good example aswell
The beginning of this video reminded me of GrandLineReview
In Raleigh's own words: *"Things don't happen by chance"*
At 20:15 I definitely thought you were gonna say "he could give someone a wedgie" and tbf it DOES make sense
25:45 Today I found out that Matt wants to be stepped on... Someone should send him resident evil
Upon restarting the video I didcovered something further. Lemons, the one interrogated at the start if not all, also want to be stepped on.
That type of dream from Tekking and that lemon may have been what led to the initial creation of the Grape Grape fruit. Alternatively via Monkey Paw shenanigans of someone with a Jesus complex or someone wanting to be turned into wine
Tekking: there is probably a snake next to you right now
Me in Northern Ireland: nah m8 paddy took care of ‘em
Wouldn't it be cool if this man continued the One Piece movie series
Tama actually never fed her dog a dango. Here strictly for the Tama praise lmao
Norman gonna love S fact
Animal facts round 2 here we go!!
love you tekking, keep up the good content 😘😘
Kin could give someone a fancy hat. A Fancy Hat Made of Pain.
Kinemon ideas: Putting onto enemy: Blind fold, oven mitts, shoes with their laces tied together, high heels, flammable clothing
For himself or allay: Germa 66 raid suit, armor, gas mask, bee suit(only work if fighting bees)
If there is anything i have learned about the world of Onepiece, its that EVERYTHING revolves around will-power and whos is strongest.
Sugar being stuck as a child
Mr 3 leaking into wax when experiencing high temperatures.
Kizaru getting pika pika no mi but being slow AF
Akainu having magma fruit but being a cold hearted bastard
Aokiji being a warm gentle soul with a power to just freeze people into frozen statues and then having to look at their frozen terrified faces.
I'm sure if you go down the list of all devil fruit users you could find other examples of irony as a curse.
First things first...
THANK YOU for chosen snakes instead of any other s-animals like sharks or skorpions
I hope you continue this type of intro for your future videos
No joke I'm sorting through my green MTG cards and my phone was sitting on the pile of snake creatures when snake facts started
Kinemon can make himself have brass knuckles to beat up his enemies.
What if... And hear me out here, kinemon made a raid suit with his clothing fruit
i thought of it as evolution.
