I enjoyed this. Very goood breakdown. I agree about Gohan. I felt like they took a strange left turn where the whole series was building for him to take over then they just took it away. Almost like they had two good endings here and decided to stick with Goku. RIP Toriyama
Agreed. I love goku but i like story narrative better. You can't pass the torch on saga then reverse course the next and completely destroy and character development and story themes. Buu saga didnt feel right
Nothing wrong with that. Obv it’s gokus fault but it adds to his character. Making a mistake doesn’t ruin an arc. Goku wanted to see a better future for everyone when he won’t be there, but it obv doesn’t work, and Goku had to improvise.

I feel like you should def read the buu saga, I don’t think you get the narrative of the buu arc and just hate that it has to much goin on.
