You are such an engineer. That window is beautiful and I can see why you both are so excited about it. It is truly amazing all the upgrades you have added. I wish I had the confidence to pull a travel trailer and see the country while I sleep in my own bed at night. It won’t be happening but I’ll enjoy the adventures of the two of you! Thank you for sharing your excitement.
Thank you for giving Bushy a place to stay in your garage when we're not using him. Had not been for that space we probably would not have been able to do this mod. So you get partial credit for it in my book LOL
My wife and I just bought a new to us Tag XL teardrop and we are interested in converting a tandem bike to electric. Now that I stumbled upon your channel, I'll subscribe since you folks seem to be a few steps ahead of us!
Imitation is the best form of flattery, and you take mods to a new level. Thanks for your advice and pointers at the Texas Rally. I have much to learn! ; ) This stargazer window is probably one of your best but I think not your last.
Thank you sir for taking the time to watch. The Bushwacker for all of its shortcomings is actually an awesome platform to turn into whatever your heart desires. We do work on all different brands of campers here in the shop and no other camper out there lends itself as well to modifications as well as the Bushwacker.
Great job for both of you. The videos have been great. I'm doing a cargo con version (8x18) and I've learned a lot from your wormanship and precision, in addition to some great ideas. The star gazer looks great!
Soooo I’m going to need that curtain for ours!! It’s so much nicer than the one I made and stuck up with Velcro 😂 In all seriousness, love it!!! I can’t wait to see it in person.
I think I came up with a better idea for the track than what I used. Still going to be a PIA LOL. Thanks again for sharing your pics and giving us your blessing to do this mod. But now Cindy wants a stargazer window in our new multipurpose deer blind!
Hey Guy! @sawdustandsweatnc here, thank you for putting yourself out there and pulling the curtains back so we can see parts of your lives. Now, as to your mods, it goes without saying, impressive. If time ever permits I would enjoy incorporating several of your mods into my 10HB. Best to you!
I think you guys are great!! I have been contemplating on buying a meaner bean but you guys have made it fun to possibly make a bushwhacked my own and modify and more affordable thank you!!
Thank you for watching. We have worked on quite a few different tear drop amd square drops sine we started the Wizard of Modz and I have to say that for the money the Bushwhacker is hard to beat. Its not for everyone, and absolutely need to keep it inside, but you get so much for your money! The amount of interior storage is un matched from others we havs have worked on, heat, ac, the galley. Yes, thefe are issues thay need to be addressed but they are all fixable if your proactive and do it before they become problems.
Great job! As you said, not for everyone .. typically I only end up in my BW when I’m ready to sleep, I have these wonderful little battery powered flickering candles that give me “just enough” light and usually I’m off to dreamland .. however, if BW offered these as an option, I definitely would have chosen the window for the those star gazing moments. Once again, another great mod!!
What a great mod, make me want to get a Bushwacker after seeing this😂. You and your wife really shows how to make a great little trailer more interesting 💪🏽
I think this is the coolest, and it does look great. I don't think I would do this (as if I could), because I think it would likely take up the only space where I could possibly put a flexible solar panel on my camper. I am wondering, though, how does it affect the temperatures in your camper in hot and cold weather?
@@cherylbarrett3443 first off, we absolutely love our stargazer window. The curtain that I made is insulated and does seem to.make a difference keeping some of the solar out in the daytime. Can't say about cokd.at night as we never close it so we can starbat the stars!
@@adventuresofthememorymakers Quick question for you. Did you make the corner padding for the corners of the cabinets or did you buy them somewhere? If you purchased them I would appreciate a link because I tend to hit myself on corners like that all the time. Thanks, Pat
I thought I had subscribed to your channel. Just looked and I was not. However I am now. BTW, I have included a few experiences with my teardrop in some videos on my channel. If you were to be absolutely totally bored you might see my camper.
@@adventuresofthememorymakers I understand. Briefly my story, my son actually encouraged me to get a teardrop and join his family. He purchased a wood, homebuilt teardrop which I had to basically rebuild, leaks, rotten floor, rotten exterior sheathing, etc... So, looking into a budget teardrop I found a BC HD10 on Marketplace place, new, never slept in, a military husband and wife team who had buyers remorse. Anyway, scrolling through "teardrops" came across Bryan's channel. Long story short, I bought the one off marketplace, bought one for my son at a dealer in Wilmington, NC ( he sold his homemade unit I had basically rebuilt for nearly triple what he paid) of course you know how's your dad benefited from that trade. Sorry for being so long winded. Anyway, I had a smidge of time and started checking out potential mods and came across you guys. I enjoy you and your wife's smiles, joy, apparent love of each other and life. Not to mention your content. I will try my best to continue interacting and possibly will have some questions if I ever get time and motivation to continue mods on our tiny camper. Thanks
New teardrop camper here. Glad I ran across this channel. Absolutely brilliant content.
Thank you for watching Sir. Hope the videos give you some ideas!
What a mod! You guys are the best, I hope the mysterious algorithm shines brightly on the memory makers!!
Thank you Brian, we do too!
Very worthy of the koozie. The mod is absolutely amazing, I would be terrified cutting that hole in my camper. Excellent video!
Thank you very much!

Amazing mod!!! I love the window and hope others will try it too. ❤

Thank you Tom. We are excited to see where this takes.

I keep hearing from different Bushwacker channels about a Facebook page. What’s the name of the group?
Thank you for watching. The page you want if you have a 10ft Bushwhacker is the Braxton Creek Freesolo OG page.
