I CAN'T get my chub in anything. I've tried so many. I've gained 70 lbs 3 years ago, civid, now health reasons I can walk all the miles I used to. I hit 65 ,everything is different. I don't like it at all. I've wasted so much money on bras and undergarments.
When wearing compression garments two things will make so much difference. 1. Buy larger than you can imagine. With time you will find yourself looking for smaller, but start out with really bigger than you think. It’s a different body feel completely. Once it becomes normal, you will feel naked without it. 2. Baby powder is your best friend. Powder your whole body up and it will slide on so much more easily. Just use a hand towel to dust yourself off. Pro tip: if you have some too tight pieces, toss them in the dryer a few times to loosen the spandex. Only wear for an hour or two at a time in the beginning. Your body and the garment need to adjust to one another. For instance, if I have an area that is a bit bulgy I pull the spandex away from my body in the area. It snaps back more strongly in that area. It is a nifty little trick 😂
Good advice, thank you for sharing. I saw your comment when first posted, so I gave it a go, I am normally a medium and sized up 2 sizes to xl, perfect fit smoothing and not overly tight compression. I am so pleased, thank you thank you. GIRLFRIENDS give this advice a go it did not disappoint.❤
