They hammered him with a hefty sentence, but a Federal Judge told Texas they had to release him and many others due to overcrowding. So, he only served a handful of years and predictably started re-offending months later until he was caught again.' He died in the 1990's in prison from cancer, so his days of terrorizing are over. This guy featured is going to re-offend so hopefully they will not release him. It's a shame we have to live on the same planet with creatures like this.

Every single time I see any news story about these creeps, I have nightmares about my own demons. I see mine and theirs, just about every time I close my eyes. I haven’t slept much in 6 years. As I said I’m a single parent because my ex is a violent person too.

He's still pretty young that I think there's a high chance that he'd do it again. In overcrowding situations, they'll more than likely let somebody out unless there's people saying, "No, keep him in there."
We need to make birth control free and widely available. There are too many people.
No parole for predators!

These men and women who commit crimes of extreme violence should never get parole. The man who was castrated like a bull put out to pasture. As if chopping body parts off is going to deter the criminals. NOT. In a more personal way I still suffer ptsd from being assaulted 50 years ago. I’m a single parent and I had to save my kids from one of those horrible people. What a coward too. He was facing 470 years if it went to trial. The coward signed a plea deal and got 17 years. He got 20 but they took off time because he never made bail, so he stayed in jail for nearly 3 years partly because of the motions filed by the prosecution and the defense. 17 years but I know two children who will suffer from PTSD for the rest of their lives. Every single time I see any news story about these creeps, I have nightmares about my own demons. I see mine and theirs, just about every time I close my eyes. I haven’t slept much in 6 years. As I said I’m a single parent because my ex is a violent person too.
