I LOVE FILE CABINETS!
Of all types and sizes. For storing all sorts of stuff.
And even for labeling them so I can find stuff in 'em!

You Tube just brings it all together. I was musing on file cabinets the other day as an answer some garage organizational problems and was on the fence. Re-watch a video on suit measuring and there's a video on the right on garage file cabinets. Then it all becomes clear. An added bonus is all that room on top to stack things that I will no longer have to bend down to pick up. Also the price, as I can thrift these for about $10 or less a piece.

I'm assuming the red file cabinet you're referring to is your welder cart at 5:49, in front of the Jag? I can't tell from the brief glimpse, but I'd guess you have it on casters, and it appears to have a moving handle & room for a couple of bottles. I appreciate getting to peek into the tool boxes and shops of other folks to get new perspectives on orderliness and organization. Thanks much for sharing your shop with us!

Yes, it's the welder 'cart'. and it only holds one bottle (75/25), but . . . it also has a plasma torch on it.
And, it suffers from having a horizontal surface on top which is covered with gloves, anti-spatter goo, probably a bit of scarp metal or two, and a carefully curated coating of dust.
The Jag had a spectacularly explosive deconstruction of a cooling hose, which, of course, lived behind and under the intake manifold.
I spent 1-1/2+ hours today trying to get that lovely hose pushed onto one beautiful fitting and the gorgeous hose clamp lined up. And, yes, 'lovely', 'beautiful' and 'gorgeous' are placeholders for shorter words.
It got too dark for me to finish it today.
Oh, well, I can make myself feel better by smilingly reviewing my file cabinets.

That a year later I download 9 filing cabinets. And have a glues and goos label on a drawer.
