HOW TO LOWER YOUR BMW FOR CHEAP
Tip: when doing the front suspension you need to lift/raise/jack both the right and left side of the car, in order to take the weight of the swaybar. Makes your life much easier. Also I think you need a wheel alignment now. Front and rear. 15:33 when taking off the rears you were supposed to mark the bolts(21mm) in order to put them back in the same orientation

You need to get alignment after any suspension install or removal. Once you take off the springs and struts, it effects the toe and camber. So even if it drives straight, it could still result in excessive tire wear over time.

I got h and r springs on my car they ride just like normal suspension I’ve had them for 4 months if u wanna get springs I’d definitely go that route.

Looking good man! It'll probably settle a little more over the next two weeks. But it's a perfect stance. Better wheels and tires and you're set! You can even do some hub centric wheel spacers in the meantime if you want.

When I first bought my F30 I went with Megan racing springs. They were bout $165 and I had them on my IS300 so I figured I'd try em again and they were pretty damn good, especially for the price. I just threw some BC's in over the weekend and love em so far. Dont forget to drive 500 miles before getting an alignment, gotta let em settle first. Always get an alignment after messing with the suspension. It may not feel like it but it's off. Anyway, she looks DOPE! Getting there bro!

Definitely don’t cheap out on your car, quality parts and the right setup goes a long way take advantage of companies like affirm and PayPal allow you to pay back over time if you don’t have the best credit

You definitely need an alignment after installing new springs, get one asap!
When the time comes, I’d recommend a set of Alzor wheels from ECS Tuning. They’re pretty solid. I was hesitant at first because of the low price but they’re great! I live in NY so I come across unexpected potholes sometimes and the wheels can take a beating! Love how your car is coming along!

Yo Jonathan I recommend changing your struts to Bilstein b8 if your using lowering springs, I’ve read if you use lowering springs with one struts it will shorten the life of your strut. Plus you need a refresh kit aka a (Cup Kit) from Ecs tuning. Plus it’s a good idea because of the mileage on your car
I might just upgrade to coil overs in a few months to be honest

Quick question if you wanted to like you did the front could you leave the back ones as they were? If you want that slanted look? I’m guessing it wouldn’t look too bad

Nice one bro, the mag wheel suits it just fine, well maybe I'm being biased 😂 I've got a red F30 Sportline (not M-Sport) with the same wheels and i recently lowered it using 40mm Cobra springs. I'm happy with the drop but the right rear, driver's side (South Africa based) is lower than the left, and that bothers me. What could be wrong? Did you experience any of that where the one side is lower than the other? I've been trying to search for solutions and it seems like few other people have had the same experience.
Fort now I've ordered Powerflex height adjuster shim to fit on top of the spring (lower side) and i hope it will correct the issue.
Ultimately I'm gonna go with coilovers though.
Do you recommend these springs? Is it too low when you approach driveways, speed bumps, etc.?

Your springs should settle after a week or two so don’t worry it will get a little lower😉

Go with 19 9.5 and you fitment gon be clean Rn I’m going for 18 8.5 reason is that because I’m going for bigger tires on my 340
I’m planning on 19s 9.5 in the rear and 8.5 in front
If you touch any control arms you will need to get alignment every time.
