Dude I did super sports on my F30 last summer in my garage over 2 days. I did the fronts one day and the rear the next. Never again. I'll never do that again... Definitely not solo. It's way more tedious than videos make it look. The return wasn't that great either. Car looked great but I scraped everything. Excellent learning opportunity, but it just wasn't worth my effort

That damn control arm bolt lining up part gives me PTSD lmaooo took me hours getting that shit lined up, luckily the bolt that holds the shock is easy

I did mine in my garage alone. 96 degrees with like 100% humidity in an hour and 45 mins. Then redid them with CTS springs 1 week later lol. Dont get the godspeed springs they do not lower your car.

from what i have seen from the professional installers...they torque the bolts when the car is on the ground with the full load on and also replacing old boot and bump stops with fresh ones.

Yup torque at ride height is definitely recommended for shocks/struts and other suspension parts, mainly ones with rubber bushings
