    Start with 5 min warm up
    Up & Up - 30sec each
    Step & Box
    Shoulder Chest Press
    Arm hold Shoulder Press (Left & right side)
    Rest 1 min
    Touch Down - 30sec each
    Knee or Regular Push up (optional)
    Superman & Reach out
    Kick back knee support (Left & right side)
    Rest 1 min
    Touch Down - 30sec each
    One leg circle
    Leg circle side to side (Left & right side)
    Knee Tuck Crunches - Extra
    Rest 1 min
    Do all the circuit 2-3 sets.
    Don't forget to do your cooling down session after workout.
